NEGATIVE!! I would think twice before taking any animal to this place. I took my sweet dog in yesterday hoping to see why my girl wasn't feeling well. I got an answer alright, the news wasn't good, however the way the lady told me was just awful. I believe her name was Karen, I am not quite sure to be honest, but if it wasn't it should have been. She was the most hateful, rude uncaring b*tch I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Long story short, this nurse was rough with my dog, she yelled at her, she was so scared she pooped in the floor. Then she told me my girl had a very serious condition, I'd rather not say more than that. But basically I was told like people, she will die and not to worry about it and get over it. I told her the heck you say and she said it's life. I understand we have to hear bad news sometimes, however she didn't have to be the crab that she was. I honestly don't think she should have a license to care for animals, she sucks at it. And God forbid she has any children at home, if she treats them like she does these animals, CPS should be called, just saying. I will never go back there and I hope my girl recovers from the trauma she endured there. I have an appointment next week with a real Vet with great reviews, hopefully I get better news.

Kind, caring and takes emergencies! Today I brought my 15 year old beagle in because I thought at first he had a stroke. From the front desk to the Dr and the vet-techs, they were awesome. Highly recommend! I found a new vet!
