Very easy to work with, and great prices, I went with my son to buy a truck, they were well below blue book, and searched for the best interest rates, also told him if he had any problems with the warranty to let them know. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend this dealer.

This vehicle purchase has exceeded all previous experiences. Despite residing in Florida and the dealership being located in North Carolina, initial skepticism regarding an out-of-state transaction was alleviated. The owner, Brian, provided exceptional service, including a detailed video inspection highlighting every aspect of the vehicle. The purchase process and financing were streamlined, with the vehicle shipped promptly the following day. This dealership is highly recommended, and Brian's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction are noteworthy. I couldn’t be more disappointed with the attitude of this small company. Anybody with a concern of their reputation would have help us when we purchased a car on 2/4/25. Less than 2 hrs after we purchased the car it began smoking and overheating. I called the business line and only got a recording but I left a detailed message of our problem. Now I know that the car was purchased as is but considering that it was driven 120 miles and broke down, any company owner with a heart would have offered some help. I purchased the car for my grandson who was returning to VA. We had to pay for a hotel and meals for him. Then the next day I drove to him with my truck, rented a car hauler and brought the car back to our area in Charlotte. When I finally reached the owner he asked me “what do you expect me to do?” my answer was considering it was the same day of purchase and we drove the car only 120 miles I would like to return it. Then he said that he couldn’t do that. Then I said well can you help with the repairs and said “absolutely not”. So we had major overhaul work costing us $2,000 total plus wear and tear on our vehicles. If I could give him negative stars I would. Watch out for this guy!!!

I recently got a Bronco Sport from Auto World, and had an excellent experience. I came across this car in an online ad. As I made contact, everyone was friendly and laid back, but informed and professional. Ryan allowed me to test drive on my own, and gave me plenty of room to think and check out the car, which is so great, whereas most sales situations make me uncomfortable and too distracted to make a decision. I was even able to drive the car all the way to my family mechanic to get it checked out, nearly 40 minutes away, before buying.
Ryan was super helpful, genuine and easy to talk to, accommodating, and helped me get answers to all my questions. He then walked me through the actual purchase in a way that made it fast and easy.
Please do consider supporting a locally-owned, independent business like Auto World for your next car purchase. Their detailing and information about the car was way more thorough than what I noticed at some big chain dealerships, and I could tell that they pay close attention to the quality of vehicles that they bring to customers. They have a nice variety of cars and trucks, with a price range for all kinds of budgets. I feel like I got a great price for the Bronco Sport I wanted, and it is in nearly like new condition. I’m very happy with my car and my experience at Auto World, I highly recommend!

All of the staff were incredibly cooperative and detail heavy about the cars history that I bought, very straightforward and outgoing people, they helped get an incredible rate considering my credit score as well, very grateful for all of them especially ryan, he stays late and works hard to get people great deals

I was going to look at a truck somewhere else, but I saw online that Auto World had a truck that I was liking also. So I decided to check them out first. I met Ronnie when I walked in the door and he went over the truck with me. He let me test drive it and I really liked it. It was a great price for the truck. So I decided to get it. Then Ryan helped me out with the paper work. They really made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. I'm glad I stop by there first.

Was looking for a newer hybrid for a good price, found one here, ryan went out of way to answer all of my questions about the car details, explain the benefits of the gap insurance and warranties,, get me approved with ann apr that was lower than i was expecting and helped me get the payment i was looking for. Doesnt have the "anything to make a paycheck" vibe that the franchise dealerships that i went to had. Super friendly and seemed to genuinely care. All in all, a great car buying experience! Smaller lot but had a lil bit of everything, deffinitely worth a checkout

We bought an Audi A5 from Auto World about 6 months ago (sorry, I forgot to write a review earlier). The experience on the lot was great, no one pressured us or hovered us as we browsed and Ryan was fantastic on the paperwork and purchasing side. All the guys there were great to work with and after 6 months, the car has been fantastic. No issues or surprises. Highly recommend!
