Called for a price and availability on a part. Got there and the employee took the computers word for their inventory instead of putting their hands on the part and wasted over an hour of my day. Time is irreplaceable.

I just stopped at the auto zone in WS, NC (store 2472). Adrian and Luke were so helpful! I didn’t even have to ask for assistance in changing my headlight bulb. Adrian saw me checking which light was out and stepped right in, removed the old bulb, Luke helped me find the bulb, and Adrian popped it right in. 5 min trip! Thanks guys!

Reynolda road autozone I never been in auto part with arrogant people like Mike the bald guy from this store a week ago when I bought couples stuff in this location I was thinking him had bad day but today I come back again him again with the same rude attitude is not fear for us like customers

I have to talk Mr. Michael who has to resolve the unpolite event about my recent purchase, due a young representative called Chris tried to denied my usual veterean discount about it. I suggest give the new employees an appropriate address regarding the courtesy to your customers comparing your neighbors competitors like O'Reilly, Napa and Auto parts.

Only needed 1 stud and 1 lug nut. Very surprising that had just that and didn't have to buy a whole set of lugs at least. Pleasant surprise to save alot of money. Recommended!

I was having a long rough day, my car's day was worse. Working on clearing the codes I found the problem and it almost left me stranded. Fortunately the team of Larry, Robbie, and Kecia, at their own inconvenience, got me what I needed to drive away instead of walking. They definitely went above and beyond when they didn't have to and others wouldn't. Thanks for not needing to ride share to get to work in Greensboro! They definitely have car knowledge but their customer service level is hard to coach or teach. Some companies seem to build up walls and prevent employees from helping out customers in the way they need it. This is a winning team!
