Bailey Park is a very nice and pretty park in the former industrial area of downtown Winston-Salem, now a revitalized area. It is a picturesque and tranquil spot, considered a hidden gem and urban oasis. The park features a large grassy area perfect for spreading a blanket, having a picnic, or laying out. There is a cute little waterfall moment and water feature, along with little tables and chairs with umbrellas for sitting. The park is very clean and has public bathrooms. It serves as a great venue and cool place to hang out, with a great atmosphere all around. The park hosts great concerts and events, like bands at Gears and Guitars, with great food trucks and vendors. Activities or presentations are sometimes carried out there. It offers a panoramic vista and breathtaking views of the downtown Winston-Salem skyline. The surrounding area in the Innovation Quarter includes restaurants and cafes, a restaurant, and expensively redone condos. Incendiary Brewery's offerings are diverse and impressive. The area is very safe, well-lit, and patrolled. It is a pleasant place to spend the afternoon or evening, providing a vibrant gathering place for the community.
Enjoyed it. Easy parking, good music. Very busy for food and drinks.

Bailey Park’s atmosphere is relaxing for adults and fun for children. Grownups sit reading or enjoying the weather, while young children have fun rolling down the hilly, green grass.
