Parents and students beware !!!! Do not open a student account at this location. I was warned by a mother the day I walked in to the bank to open the account. My daughter never had a student account opened. They added her to my account which incurred 12.00 monthly fees for not having direct deposit. I went back to this location 2 months ago to get this issue resolved. The associate told me the account would be corrected and my daughter’s account would show as student account. Lies! We have 2 months of maintenance fees .She walked in today and another bank associate told her that she never had a student account opened under her name. I have 20+years with Bank of America and I am closing my accounts. There needs to be transparency with customers when errors are made. It’s untrustworthy to look at your customers in the face and assure them all is good when it’s not. The only positive out of this, I did get refunded the maintenances fees.

Today was the third time I went there trying to do the same thing I tried to do before. I couldn’t because they are really slow. Nobody assist you once you get into the bank. You need to wait for somebody’s mercy. And then they let you waiting, and waiting and waiting. They don’t even have a nice attention since you are waiting. Not recommended. I’m about to leave Bank of America.

I usually have a great experience when I come through the drive-thru but the light skinned , middle aged women w box braids in the drive thru is rude. Every time I unfortunately get her at the window she walks away from the window before I can finish speaking.

Today at this bank was incredible.They should try employing more humane people.Imagine being pregnant and walking into a bank for a transaction and asking to use the restroom and one unbelievably rude teller tells you "we don't have public restrooms" in a tone like you asked her to build you a castle.It's this a usual thing with American banks or was I just unlucky enough for my first bank in the US to have terrible service?Edit: I forgot to mention that my husband was allowed to use same restroom weeks ago. There must be some standards for who is public or not.I had to dance my way through my transactions because I had to use the restroom. I have a good mind to stop using this bank.

Bank of America refuses to help and cooperate their clients, especially their business clients. Suzanne, assistant branch manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was unwilling to assist a business account owner and relay simple account information in order to process end of the year tax payments. This was an urgent business owner matter. I would expect more support from the institution for a business owner, but sadly no. Not only this but she maintained an attitude throughout the conversation. Clearly you are understaffed but additionally they also refuse to listen to customers on what their needs are. Do NOT bank with big banks. Save yourself from fees, poor customer service and big bank bureaucracy and go to a credit union.

I had an appointment and apparently that doesn't mean anything. I was seen almost 45 min after appointment. Many people were turned away unless they had an appointment. I would definitely make an appointment but you don't need to show up on time. This is what you get with big banking.

One of the slowest and inconsistent locations in of Bank of America. They do keep your ? money safe, but can be absolutely slow in doling it out, meeting with you, or conducting transactions. The staff try to be helpful and friendly so that helps. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms.

10 grand was taken in to bank of America. It was ushered to a back room. Lady come back 2.3 grand short. Saying that's all their was. I later found out that at this WinstonSalem branch they should have counted it in front and allowed it to be counted again. The branch manager said it was right. They don't know that exposure is coming to their branch.
