Went to this establishment and They have handicap parking but none available because everyone that's not handicap parks in this especial parking space. I go inside only one specialist attending walk in. 1 appointment walks in and 2 specialist Pop up out of nowhere just to say they can't attend to me because they appointments here. So while I wait the second specialist desapear. When finally the one specialist that was attending a customer when I walked in call us to attend, I was rush out with a phone number to call, called the number after got home and they tell me to go back to branch and have the specialist call from branch. Get to branch and the same scenario with specialist happen but this time the bypass me and help a customer that got there after me. Definitely closing this account and going to another bank where my money is more valuable.Thanks for giving me the choice to move to another Bank.

The teller told me that they do not cash Bank of America checks unless you have an account. I told her that was the dumbest thing ive ever heard in my life.

This branch has the worst customer service. Everytime in come into bank, the wait time is 30 mins just for teller. If I need to speak with someone, try an hour waiting. This is a disgrace. They need to take the customer seriously, the attitude is so poor. They don't care

It doesn't matter what time of day or how many times you call, no one ever answers the phone. It's unacceptable that you have to go into the branch while COVID -19 numbers are on the rise to ask a simple question that the automated or online system cannot provide assistance with. Another reason why it's overly crowded when you go into a branch. I wish I could've given negative stars.

We do bank at Bank of America - mostly because we began to do so back when there was actual customer service. Now it's more about what bank products they can 'sell' you, certainly not about good customer service. You can rarely get them to even answer a phone call.

Excellent branch of Bank of America with drive through ATM, friendly staff, ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, ? restrooms and tons of services. They have great checking and savings accounts for both personal and businesses.

Very friendly staff but not enough people working. Thanks make enough profit that customers should not have to wait for long periods of mine because there'are only one or two tellers.
