Made an online order to be picked up in store. Waited till end of evening to pick up to ensure it was ready. Website said allow 2-3 hrs i waited 6hrs when arriving to store noticed alot of items that said unavaiable at that location so i made an instore purchase before going to the online pick up counter. Took 10 minutes for the 4 employees to designate a "picker" but by that point i had already grabbed a basket and had half my order picked myself. I was only missing a few things that i did not see. Then was informed they were sold out. What really upsets me is upon walking in i noticed the sold out items in stock but upon picking my order they had sold out in that time frame. If the associates would have picked my order within the time frame mentioned on website i would have recieved everything i ordered. I will never make an online order to be picked up at this location again!

I came in today to pick up my online order and received terrible customer service. I asked where to pick up an order from a lady standing talking to another employee and she said “there” and pointed with an attitude. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I will not be back to this location.

This is for the one by the food court...they were very rude dint acknowledge us at all we asked a question and she acted like she was beung bothered..the date was 11/14/24 around 2:30 pm and cashier was even worse ...never going to that one again.

Went in there for a candle as a gift was immediately greeted by an employee who was super nice. They took me to the candles, and picked out the one that I was specifically looking for. The person I got it for, wasn’t aware they still made this candle so we actually went back and ended up buying another one and a couple other things! Another employee asked if I needed assistance, but I came back in the cashier was incredibly sweet also! Very kind staff!

Me and my wife come in 6 - 20 - 23 and we was followed by a employee everywhere we went and she treated us like we were going to steal something and then she got the security guard in on us and we have never gave them any reason for them to Act like that to us and we have spent thousands of dollars at this store and nt one time have they stopped us to see if we was doing something wrong so I would really be careful when u go in this store
