Truest bank is absolutely unbelievable. Every time you call any of the branches, they say you’ve reached us after business hours or were busy assisting other customers.. when you walk into the branch, you’ll see five or six people doing absolutely nothing other than playing with their cell phones for personal reasons. The biggest blender they don’t mind charging you 789% interest on any loan including business loans.. but so incompetent then when you do pay off your loan, when they go to record the deed release, they screw up small details and you have to chase them around for months to get the issue resolved. Never do any of the representative is supposedly assigned to your accounts. What are their personal or business return their calls or help you solve the problem..

Quick drive through banking. Friendly teller.

Awful. Wish Google allowed 0 stars. One teller working at 2pm on a Monday. Line was 6 people deep and growing because no other banker in the building is willing to help and the teller doesn't have the courage or autonomy to tell back to back customers with exceptionally complicated problems to go sit in the lobby and wait for a banker. Pathetic. Not at all surprised this branch has a 2.2 Google rating.

Use this branch for my business and boy is it bad... Huge 5 story bank with 1 teller inside. Drive thru isn't much better. The other day it took almost 45 minutes to get to a teller. You would think with it being such a big location they would notice this problem...?

Chloe Jones deposited my check and withdrawal from a account that was not mine. When I asked her to reverse it, she had a breakdown and started yelling at me in the middle of the lobby. She told me that I was yelling at her, which I was not. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect. Definitely switching banks.

I was a Suntrust client that was moved over to Truist during their buyout. I was close to paying off my auto loan, but couldn't create an account with Truist online for various reasons. Every time I called the 1-800#, I would wait on hold for over an hour and it would disconnect me or they would pick up and "not hear me". So I decided to call a local branch and RAMONA was amazing! She took the time to help me get logged in, understand their website, and never once made me feel like a bother. She was awesome! A bad experience turned around by a very patient and helpful local branch employee! Thank you!

I cannot get this bank to return my calls. Also, they don't have a national customer service line with live people like Wells Fargo does.

I absolutely recommend against banking with this company. I have had my bank account with them since 2008 and had a flawless record and I have never once overdrafted my account prior to 2020. They took $144 from me over charges of $5.87 and have no policies in place to work with me, despite my otherwise excellent record. It seems criminal to me that if I overdrafted one charge, which could have been by any amount, I would have received only one overdraft fee of $36. Because it was a handful of charges of only $5.87, they have taken $144 from me. It's been a tough year for everyone- I made a mistake I've never made before this year. I was able to put money in my account the very day of the overdraft fee, proving I had the money I just could not make it to the bank in time. I look forward to canceling my account with them. I've looked into this specific problem, and there are better banks with better policies. Although, it would probably be at least another 12 years before I made a mistake like this again, if at all.

Worst experience at a bank I have ever had. Not only were they not able to assist me, but the entire conversation the banker was huffing and puffing the entire conversation. Then told me to just call the 800-line.

0 stars. Banked with them for years because it was convenient, and their online bill pay is the easiest to use. BUT come to find out they have terrible banking policies in place. Their data/IT system didn't tell us it CLOSED 3 accounts when I zeroed the balances to shift funds and take time to restructure how I wanted direct deposits, etc to flow. No notice whatsoever. They just disappeared from my view in my apps and on desktop! Unacceptable. To just cease all capability to access funds with no notice...not even a message or notification in my online banking app.

This banks fraud department is absolutely horrible. Specifically Agent Alease Edmundson has horrible service she doesnt care about her customers. She would rather just turn down a customer then verify my address and work with me.

Bad experience in Drive-Through. Did a deposit on Monday 7/1/19 & the teller never said nothing! No good morning, no thank you for banking with BB&T. Just this sour expression & side conversation with a teller that came back there where she was.
