Was refused service at this location and went to another branch. I think her name is Elaina. Never had issues with them before.

I like Truist in general, but the tellers who are usually there are incredibly rude and unhelpful. This branch really needs better training or just needs a better hiring process.

They withdrew $300 from the wrong account. I tried to withdraw $300 from my business checking account and they somehow messed up and pulled it from my business partners personal account. Also the teller was quite rude during the transaction and they generally are recently.This institution has really gone downhill since the merger and becoming Truist.

Wow! Best banking experience I've ever had and I'm 48. Kiara is absolutely the most informative, thorough, and analytic for what's best for my needs and pretty much blew out of the water, any other banking experience I've ever had for professionality and looking out for what's best for the customer. Thank you very much and when you leave the bank, you should stop at BOBO's (Robinhood Rd) in the next parking lot over by the YMCA. Make sure you get the potato soup! Thank you again Kiara.

The bank manager was very helpful in a wire transfer that needed to be done while I was out of town. She provided me with good options and called me personally to confirm that all was sent. They were very friendly and helpful and I am very pleased with this branch of BB&T

Had reps from this bank at my job orientation to sign us up for an account for direct deposit. I really did not want an account here as the last time there was always some problem or other but I signed up bc I didn't really have the 50 bucks to "leave in the account" to sign up for another bank. I moved recently, say there and wrote my current address on my application, well it's been 3 weeks almost and payday was yesterday, still no debit card in the mail. Called the branch, well apparently they sent it to my old address I never gave them, as it was still in the system from my previous CLOSED accounts. I sat there and put my address down in the application but apparently that's too hard for these reps to understand. So had to have the debit card cancelled which thankfully probably was held by the post office, otherwise it would have sat at my old address with who knows who having access to my account bc these ppl are morons. Thankfully the woman on the phone was helpful and said I could get a temporary today or I would have been even more upset. Always some problem with bbt bc they are morons. Will be getting another bank account as soon as I'm able.
