Very, very poor customer service. Deposited funds held with no valid explanation. No one with authority in the Jonestown branch. Definitely not the BB&T of old!!!

The ATM barely ever works. I cant count how many times I've driven here and a cone is sitting in the ATM drive thru blocking the way.Edit: In the four weeks since I wrote this review, the ATM has been down at least 3 times this bank is an absolute joke.
