“So to clarify the reaspn of 4 stars and not 5 stars is solely for the lack of bathroom there. The person working today was very nice and personable and made utilizing their services easy but considering that the building is wheelchair accessible not having a bathroom for customers was the part that caught me off guard knowing the amount of individuals whos medical conditions could require the need for those facilities like irritable bowel syndrome, chrons disease, colitis, as well as potential need to switch out a colostomy bag for individuals whos paralysis resulted in a loss of intestinal and colon function just to clarify but everything else was a great experience and this issue is one out of the hands of the employees of the branch and one in control from a corporate level who went halfway to making that branch handicap accessible but i guess forgot to just go the distance”
“Darryl and Kym were very helpful. Both on the phone and the next day in person. They were willing to walk me through a very hard two days. I had lost of my credit card. Kym was reassuring and understanding and gave me detailed instructions on what I needed to do. And after calling them multiple times, Darryl and Kyms Calm and caring voice guided me through Every step. And I would just like to say thank you for everything and taking the time out To help when life is so busy and hectic.”

When we needed to get more employees who qualified for our SEP IRA added, Jesse at the Winston-Salem branch was instrumental in ensuring that we were able to meet the timeframe that we were under to get them added. “I can’t say enough good things about my Mortgage Advisor, Crickett Choplin, and the whole lending team. We originally got our loan from them in 2011 (when it was Bank of North Carolina) and everything went smoothly then. When I needed to refinance this year I initially worked with all the big box companies you get advertisements from - it was awful - the reps are obviously trained to hurry you up and close and were some of the rudest people I’ve spoken to. Then the nice, local people’s rates were too high. Thank goodness I remembered about Pinnacle and gave them a call. They made you feel welcome from the first call and had great rates! Crickett was always available and patient with my questions. When I spoke to my home insurance agent he said he had just spoken to one of the client coordinators from Pinnacle and went on and on about how friendly and responsive she was. The team also went out of their way on my closing day to make sure all was correct. I’m so grateful to them and highly recommend you give them a call should you need anything mortgage or banking related, as every person I have spoken to has been so positive (assuming there is great work environment there!). “The atmosphere at the Kernersville branch was pleasant, polite, and professional. All employees seemed happy to help in any way. Once my transaction was complete, Natalie inquired if I needed anything else that day or any future needs she vmcould help me with.”
“Had to have a savings account to have a credit card. Had the minimum in savings. They moved the credit card to be managed by another company. Since I no longer had a credit card associated with the account they said there was no activity in the savings account. There never was activity in the savings account. All the activity was with the credit card. I was never contacted about what would happen when the credit card was moved to new company. So they took the $10 dollars from my account. When I questioned it they just said you have had no activity in the account. I closed the account and will never deal with piedmont again. Pretty petty to rip off customers for $10 bucks.
They have rectified the issue by refunding my money which they should have done in the first place when I contacted them. Thank you.”
