I love going in Belk to smell and buy new fragrances that come out. But I will say this - sometimes, the sales people can get a little pushy. Nice but pushy. You can't force me to buy something if I don't like it. That's my only complaint and that's why I took off 1 star.

Riza was an exceptional help today when i was shopping for coach shoes. She helped multiple customers at once and was so professional, kind, and informative at the same time. It was a little busy and there was a rude customer who was being hateful towards her but she remained mature and calm. She needs a raise!!
