I made an appointment to have an oil change. After two and half hours they had not even started on my car. Do not recommend the shuttle service while you wait. Took an hour for me to get in contact with anyone to pick me up. In the future I will be driving to any other Hyundai to have it serviced.

I Bought an EV IONIQ 5 a few months back. The car is a great car but I have been trying to make an appointment for service it on Bob King Hyundai Winston Salem for the last two months without success. The car has two recalls and I have not been able to book an appointment. I tried the Hyundai App, it says there are no available times, I call service through the app and they could not book the appointment because the vendor is the one that set up my app and he created a Pin (That I do not have) and without the pin they can not schedule. Today I called directly service department and they were able to find a spot for next week but the lady in schedules was not able to let me know how long the service would take. I asked if I could wait and they said the waiting area is not available, then I asked for a sub car, not available either. Then she immediately transferred me to service as they have a shuttle for 15 min ride but I was sent to voice mail. Left a message but until now, no call back. WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER EVER WILL BUY A CAR THERE AGAIN.

I have a Hyundai Tucson, so I like going to Hyundai dealerships for all my servicing. I called first thing in the morning because I realized last-minute that I needed to get my safety inspection done THAT DAY in order to renew my North Carolina registration on time. The woman who answered the phone was very understanding and she was able to fit me in for an appt. at noon. I arrived and Latia greeted me with a smile - she said she would try to get my inspection done quickly so that I didn't have to wait too long. (their waiting area is under construction right now, so I really appreciated this!) My inspection was done in under half an hour and I was on my way in no time! I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here - the staff members are nice and the work is done in an efficient and timely manner.

My mother purchased a car from them a few days ago. Today the vehicle wouldn't start. The day she was supposed to pick it up after already signing and paying for the vehicle they said it would be another day while they ordered some "parts". After having it the first day the engine and transmission light came on and by the morning it won't turn over at all. Management does not return phone calls after she called four times and I once. Their customer service skillsand basic moral are atrocious.

My partner Michael Wirth is having a terrible time once again with your service department. Our new Hyundai Palisade developed a crack on the passenger side rear plastic inside trim that we showed to the service department when we brought it in for one of our first few oil changes. They took pictures, documented and said that they would need to order the part under warranty and would let us know when they were available to install it.Later we arranged for installation after the part arrived. My partner brought the car up for this replacement part along with an oil change. He was kept waiting for about 3-4 hours and then told that the part would take too long to replace while there and was sent home with simply an oil change after wasting several hours.Then he came back last week to drop the car, having my daughter follow him all the way to your dealership which is more than an hour's drive from our home. Then, later that evening once again they said it was ready, we came back to pick it up only to find that they replaced the wrong plastic trim inside and the piece that was cracked remains.At this point we are simply asking that if we have to bring our vehicle in yet again for this same repair, that we be provided with an equivalent loaner vehicle as we have wasted considerable time and gas on transporting the car to your dealership not once but three times in total now for this issue and they ended up replacing a part that wasn't broken which may cause issues with that trim in the future that wasn't even there to begin with.Can you please escalate and have someone provide us with when they will have the correct part and time to replace so that we can drop the car. We expect a loaner vehicle as we do not trust in having someone drive our vehicle that distance after all of the other issues we have encountered throughout our experiences owning a 2020 and now 2023 Hyundai Palisade from your dealership. If service is going to be this bad, we will be purchasing another Lexus in our future through another dealership.

The sales guy was great! But the Vehicle he sold my wife and I is a Lemon!We complained about the ridiculous noise our 2023 Tuscan is making and their staff stated that it’s a normal sound.1st off it did not make any weird sounds until 2weeks after we bought it.2nd sounding like a tin can bouncing around isn’t normal !They didn’t have a clue what to do.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. Mervyn Howard did a great job showing us the car we wanted and getting our car payment where we needed it to be. It was an easy process. I highly recommend him if you are searching for a new or used car.

I had a wonderful car buying experience with Dominique and I'm not just saying this because he's my brother. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. I saw the car online and inquired if it was on the lot because I always knew I would purchase my next vehicle from him. Dominique is a very valuable asset to Bob King Hyundai.

We had a very pleasant experience at Bob King Hyundai. Our salesperson, Dallas, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He was the most knowledgeable of any car salesperson I have had in recent memory. I would highly recommend this Bob King Hyundai and Dallas.

We bought a used car here a Hyundai Genesis coupe, but, of course, that process is all smiles, handshakes, yes sir and no sir, we'll do whatever it takes to make the sale and make you happy. But heaven forbid you have to go into their shop. My son's car has been there maybe a total 7 months +/- this time both times there's always an excuse. Well, we're waiting for the warranty company to call us. Then it's, well, maybe you need to call the warranty company, with weeks in between the back and forth conversation about that warranty and if I wouldn't have called them " dealership" we'd still be waiting. Well, they ended up putting a new motor in it. That motor came with a warranty. I've asked several times because it's back in the shop again with a blown head gasket, I asked them to check the warranty on the new motor, it came with a one year, 12000 mile warranty, Because right now there are two warranties: the warranty on the new motor and our extended warranty. So in order to fix it, they started with the extended warranty, which, for me, I thought the new motor warranty ought to cover its only got maybe 300 miles on that new motor. It took a month of asking to find somebody to do that. Finally I was told that the new motor warranty was going to cover it and cover most of the parts and labor, next email I get was now they want all these tests ran on it. Communication is non-existence. You have to beg for somebody to talk to you, I finally had to go by there to get someone to talk to me. Finally, the car was diagnosed. "this time " when it went in after the new motor was put in it for the second time for over heating, It has blown a head gasket... that's what we were told, so let the warranty calling begin. So my sons friends sees it being driven Sunday afternoon and calls him, somebody from the shop drove it over the weekend without telling us, so my son calls guy over the shop, he says, yes we forgot to tell you about this. Why dive it, to evidently to do those tests on it. I guess the mechanic drives it on Saturday and Sunday to get it up to a certain temperature...can't do that during the week. So I guess he took it home and worked on it. I'm not sure how much more damage was done by driving a car with a blown head gasket leaking water into the oil system, but after the test was done at the "mechanic's house", had to be there because my son went to the dealership Sunday night to see if his car was there, because remember we didn't know it was gone off the dealership lot, for the weekend he thought it was stolen. But after the test we are now told the head gasket isn't blown!! So now we're back to we don't know what's wrong with it...I'm sure theres another month or two we wont have the car, just beware of using this shop if anything ever goes wrong with your car. And I think there's a high turnover rate every time I go I talk to somebody new.I'm trying to get in touch with a lawyer now to try to figure out this North Carolina Lemon Law!

I had an excellent experience at Bob King, specifically with Dallas Juarez and Christian in sales and Ahmed in finance. Dallas reached out immediately after my inquiry and worked out a deal that met my needs all over phone and text. A few hours later I was driving my new Ioniq 6 home. Dallas is professional, responsive and trustworthy, which can be hard to find in this business. I cannot recommend Dallas and his team enough and will gladly drive 60 miles to buy my next Hyundai from Dallas and Bob King!

Totally disrespected by management and everyone on the sales floor. There is one kind lady receptionist and that's it. They've robbed me of $13,000 they've made mistakes on paperwork that's costed me valuable days without my work vehicle without any compensation and refuse to pay for any repair costs even though we've got three lights on the dashboard and have brought it somewhere to be serviced 3 times now since we got it A MONTH AGO. Everytime I mention a new dangerous aspect of my vehicle I get a new automated response, the word "sure" over and over again, or just blatant disrespect. I had left a glowing review previously before the damage was noticed and never again will I be so naive and trusting of another company especially not this one. This has ruined my outlook on dealerships intensely.

I bought a brand new Tucson Limited Hyundai from Bob King and made an appointment for my first service. Took a day off work and planned my day around my 2 pm appointment when I arrived at the dealership at 1:30 was told that the car would not be ready until 5pm because they were swamped! There is no lounge and they expected me to sit in an auto bay filled with fumes for three and a half hours. You have to be kidding me. Called Wilkesboro Hyundai and got an appointment for the next day. Will never go to Bob King again..NOT FOR ANYTHING!!
