“Really exceptional repair work and excellent communication from this enterprise. My SUV is 9 years old. It was involved in side swipe accident that damaged left side of vehicle. Front and rear fenders and front and rear doors had to be repaired/replaced. Due to vehicle's age, parts had to be sourced from non-OEM manufacturers. Ari (the owner) told me that this might take a little longer than normal as he wanted to find an original part that was the same color as my vehicle. This is highly desirable for reasons I won't go into, but is indicative of the care and quality of the work that Worldwide exhibits. I was told by my insurance claims agent that the repair estimate would take a few days to get approval from my insurer. Ari sent his estimate and photos of damage to the agent and it was approved in less than 24 hours. Ravi's estimate of 4 weeks to complete the repairs was conservative because he doesn't like to over promise customers. He finished the work in 3 weeks.
A neighbor saw the SUV the day I brought it back from the shop, and asked if I had gotten a new car. It really did look that good. I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received and am glad to rate Ravi's operation as a 5-star shop.”

“I lived in winston for 16 years but 9 years ago my wife and I moved to my hometown of morganton nc. With that being said here it is labor day weekend and I'm on my way here to winston to visit in laws for the weekend when I noticed my serpentine belt on my new hyundai tucson was shredded. I am a fair mechanic but this is a job especially out of town with no tools. Most shops were closed so the only one I could find was Franks. I called and told him I had the belt already and asked if he could do it. He said come on by and so I did. The mechanic was a different person than I spoke to but both guys came out and got the car. They took it in immediately and was finished within 30 minutes. This was not your average belt. They were very professional and efficient. They could have charged me an arm and a leg but they did me right. I would absolutely recommend this shop. I'm very impressed”
