The store has the same owner as the one in Asheville North carolina. Do not go to the store if they don't like you they will up the charge they do not give you invoices or receipts for their services. Do not give them your phone they keep it on on them until you give them cash in hand. If you give them your access code they will walk around with your personal and sensitive information do not go to this store

Went there to get new service for a phone for my son for Christmas after several attempts could not get the phone was told after trying 3 times I got locked out of the account called corporate and spoke to someone and she told me I shouldn’t have any issues at all even told me I was approved for a cheaper price than what the store was trying to charge me I went back into the store with the lady form corporate on the phone hoping things would get resolved the lady from corporate even spoke to the young lady at the store and told her I was approved for the phone still couldn’t get the phone so after an hour or so of running circles around trying to get the phone never was able to get the phone lost out on a good buying customer because of it and was told to go to another store.

Super expensive! old dated phones for almost triple in value, check the boost wave store before purchasing at your local boost store. The clerk is very professional and excellent service!

Wouldn't sell me a sim card for a phone I bought from them ! Then continued to bill my checking account for service, with no SIM card. But you MUST call and speak to someone at Boost to cancel your service. They cannot do it from the store.

This is the Boost in Peters Creek Parkway and the help in there sucks ! Nothing good to say about this store at all ! The girl there acted like u was bothering her by even coming in the store, of course nobody else was in there and i know why now . She claims that the store was and is a franchise...if i was Boost i would not want that kind representing me and my name! Be sure to go some where else they do not offer what the other stores do.!!

By far the worst Boost location I have ever visited in the U.S., hands down!! I have been a boost customer for over 10 years and have never been treated as rudely as at this location! I have had approx 3 bad experiences and will never shop their again!!! Without telling a long drawn out story They continue to hire women with absolutely trash customer service, that are loud, rude, insulting, and inconsiderate.So if you value how you are treated where you spend your hard earned money at, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere cause this location is not it..at all..trust me !! The kernersville location 1000times better!

Friendly staffing. I went in there because my phone was messed up, young lady checked my account and told me I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade yet or had any insurance. She explained to me if I purchase another phone and swap my current phone I’d have to start over with my upgrade. So she helped me look for a place where they fix screens and I got my screen fixed!! :) I’m almost due for an upgrade as well so I didn’t want to ruin that. She was so nice!
