Manager of the store with his concealed carry gun comes outside and intimidates me and my family by asking us to never park in front of his store. He said “I don’t want you to park in front of my store.” I didn’t know public parking was an issue and that he owned that location or parking lot. This establishment would benefit of new management or coach them to have friendlier service as it is not always a bad day!

Worst customer service I've ever had. I'd drive to South Carolina before I set foot in this store again. If you're a Boost customer, you're better off going to any other location than this one. There's a reason they have so many bad reviews.

Horrible customer service, I am a 5+ year loyal boost customer who pays for insurance on my phone unfortunately my phone broke and boost sent me a coupon to go to a store to get a replacement phone and she said she could not accommodate me be aware also had the same experience with the boost store in Northside shopping center. These boost stores are not independent franchise they are representing Boost mobile Nationwide, I think Boost mobile cooperate offices need to be making sure these small businesses are representing their name well! management in some stores needs an overhaul.
