Google says they close at 7p, getting there at 5:55 even if you claim to close at 6pm shouldn't be a problem to pay a simple phone bill. Then to act like im such a burden for waiting for my phone to confirm the payment went through, when your receipts have "no refunds" ok cool well then expect me to wait Maria....

Don’t come here unless you just want to pay your bill. You won’t get anything done. Also, they actually charge you more when you complete transactions in store, so keep that in mind.

After having sorry customer service with Cricket i went into the Boost Store as they were about to close and they took great care of me and made sure i had a phone for my business and made sure i was happy when i left . Ive been a loyal customer at Cricket till yesterday when i was took advantage of by them i wouldnt recommend them to flush my toilet.

Horrible customer service!! I ported a number over and purchase a phone from boost they supposedly had activated the phone but the phone doesn’t work!! I’ve literally been out there to the boost store about 5 days straight and still doesn’t have a working phone! I can’t use the phone or do anything with it and the boss(Jay) hung up in my face! They won’t give me the corporate phone number or anything!!!!
