Very helpful employee as far as fixing the problem with my phone, but don't buy accessories in store!! I bought a screen guard that was so flimsy it started chipping along the edges within 24 hours. They won't replace it or refund my money

Tried to go there last night. They were closed early, came this morning at 10:20 AM. Still no one there finally left five minutes later sign clearly says they should’ve been opened last night and open this morning.

Past 2 times I have went to this location during normal business hours the open sign is on but doors are locked, nobody unlocks the door when I knock and nobody seems to be inside working.

Honestly, today was a nightmare. But not because of the staff! There was some kind of computer error and I dealt with Ashley and Josh. They did everything in their powers to help and we succeeded. They were funny, and made the entire process worth the time I spent there. They refused to give up until everything was the way it should have been. The first store I went to said they couldn’t help, sorry and goodbye basically. So this experience renewed my faith in my local Boost store! Thanks for everything today.

These people are not here for the first 4 hours of opening 98% of the time. I would recommend adjusting store hours accordingly.

Rude, nasty and uninformed. I'd like a call to discuss my recent experience in the store chris was yelling frantic and unprofessional. The district manager was very rude and ghetto and I'm going to contact bbb regarding my experience and compliance concerns with federal programs.

This store is the store from hell. The African American sales woman and the African American manager are rude and crude with ghetto attitudes. While shopping for a phone I was told that I couldn't afford a phone and that I should go to Walmart and buy a cheap one. I have never been so disrespected and needless to say would never recommend anyone else to shop there. I am a Boost customer and have been for years.I am satisified with their service with the exception of these very unqualified persons. I won't dignify them with a title representing a professional. This is truly a Boost store to avoid at all cost. After this encounter I am considering switching to another carrier.

I went into this store because I got a text message from Boost Mobile telling me I needed to update my browser (whatever that means). The clerk hadn't the slightest idea as to what she was doing and, while holding my phone, was on the phone with another employee who was giving her directions to update my phone. Long story short, I walked out of the store with a phone that couldn't make or receive calls! When I got home I sent a text to Boost mobile asking for help. Fortunately, there was someone there who knew what he was doing and we were able to "fix" my phone using only text messaging. I will NEVER go into this store again. They play very loud music and they hire people who haven't the slightest idea what they're doing with cell phones.

I bought a new Samsung A32 last week and have not been able to receive text messages. I have been back a forth with customer service on the phone with Samsung and Boost trying to resolve the problem for a week to no avail. Finally Samsung suggests I call a Samsung service center that they recommended. The phone tech there immediately says it's a faulty SIMS card and just go to the nearest Boost provider tell them to put in a new SIMS card, it should be quick and easy. I went to the Jonestown Rd. Boost in Winston-Salem and the manager Ariel Adams put one in no questions asked. My text messages then worked! Ariel was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable AND fixed my week long problem. Ask for Ariel if you need help. She is GREAT!

Horrible customer service.U need hire another guy..Extremely Incompetent and untrained.
