I rarely come to this location but the several times I have, it's ALWAYS SOMETHING! Can't find my layaways, the longest lines, can't use the restrooms and they NEVER answer the phone . Ive literally have called the store since early October and today is October 20th and STILL , NO ANSWER!

After about 30-40 minutes of shopping my wife really needed to use the restroom before trying on clothes. The restroom door states “see associate for code”. She goes to the register and spoke with a lady who said her name was Barbara. Barbara tells her at 830 pm (this store shows to be open until 11pm) “the bathrooms are going to be closed the rest of the night I don’t have anyone to help you”. There were only 2 other people in line. She had another cashier, stockers, and a loss prevention employee that we saw while in this store and you’re telling me not one could take the time to open the restroom. She was very rude when saying this as well. We left the over $150 worth of merchandise that we were already going to buy and would've have added plenty more, had she been able to use the restroom, sitting and walked out! This is completely uncalled for. You do not know someone’s medical condition nor personal issues as to why they need to use the restroom, especially before trying on clothes! We will never again visit this location and will be contacting corporate.

I went in there with my wife to placate her on late Saturday evening when I was very tired. I was not at all impressed. But that probably wasn't the fault of the store.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. The floors are dingy and the product selection is abysmal. To make things worse, they keep their bathrooms locked with a sign that says "Please see an associate". It took 10 minutes to find any worker on the floor and when I asked to let me baby niece use the bathroom, she said that security will have to let me in. Of course there was no security at the front. The girl at the cash register called the manager on the radio to see if she can let my niece into the bathroom and the manager said no. A guy came on the radio and said he will let us in. After another 10 minutes of waiting by the bathroom, my niece was about to explode so I took her next door to Joann Fabrics. Worst experience ever. Horrible management. Be better to your community please.

I shop here often , the store is always clean and the staff is great for the most part. However why would the restrooms be locked? And have a sign that says see associates to get in the restroom… so even though I had to go like real bad, I still walked the entire store to find someone to let me in. No one around! So I walk up to the front register, the young lady at the fronts pages someone on the walkie, and they say “oh the bathrooms ain’t open “ so why not have a closed sign vs having customers search all over and still get rejected!?

This is the worst Burlington I've ever been in. The employees are so rude and nasty, the manager is even worse, the chemo treatments make me sick literally, I couldn't get the management to allow me into the restroom, had to run outside, I should have let it rip in the store

Went into the store, asked to use the restroom they said it was closed, I went back to the front and complained and then they said it was because no one was on the floor that I could use the restroom. I was heading to the bathroom and a lady said she would open the door after I had to practically beg. When I finished in the bathroom the two employees were talking to a Muslim woman and they both were complaining to her about me. I will never come back to this burlington store as I feel I was treated unfairly . They also had time to talk about me to other customers, if they had that much energy to do that they should have put it into treating all customers fairly.
