Starting with Gabe in the Charlotte store taking at least and hour and half walking me through different concepts. To Neil sealing the deal the Winston Store with also walking me through their products and pricing to fit my budget. The manger in the Winston store helping me with questions about back splash ideas. On installation day, he even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The installers, R.
