The owner was very rude to me and then hung up on me giving me NO help when I had to call to see why there was no one to let me in as I was standing out in front of the store trying to attend the candle vigil for deceased loved ones they had been advertising! He did not try to reach out to anyone that may have been at the vigil to let me in IF they even had the memorial at all because I came by the shop before they were to close and I was there just after hoping to get in line but I saw NOBODY at all! The store itself I never saw open that day. The owner said nothing about a cancellation then hung up on me!!I don’t know a WORSE way to disrespect somebody than to hang up on them when they had planned on being a part of a vigil service for deceased loved ones like the owner of this business did! I took EVERYTHING I had bought their back asap and told the clerk how rude the owner was and his shop is way overpriced! ($4 for 1 teabag of mugwort?)Something tells me the owner will be having a candle vigil for his soon to be deceased business! Unforgivable! Absolutely pathetic!

OMG!! I could spend hours in there. And the owner was so sweet! He helped me pick out some great stuff for my daughter. Just talking with him I could feel he was a gentle soul and has the best energy ❤️ Can't wait to give my daughter her gifts. Thank you so much for your help.

CasaShanti is a wonderful m spiritual shop located right on Trade Street in the heart of Winston's Arts District. Zachari is incredibly helpful, and does an excellent job of taking the time so answer questions. The store itself is stocked with thoughtfully curated items, which are displayed in a way that makes shopping intuitive and enjoyable. Definitely check this shop out whenever you get the chance!

Love this place. I can never go in and leave with just the items I planned to get. I bought some earrings and get compliments on them. I love the rings and qear them faithfully. The owner is great at explaining the meaning of stones and helping you get the perfect items for you.
