My fiancé and his some of his players( aau basketball ) came here to get breakfast and was treated horrible. The young lady who took his order had a horrible attitude. He placed and order for 10 Ct chicken mini we asked for extra honey butter she rolled her eyes and told him they don’t do that there. Once he received his food he asked another young lady for some honey , the lady who originally took his order stopped what she was doing and asked him if he had an issues and he which he told her no. that he just wanted some honey she proceeded to roll eyes for the second time . This is her second time that she rolled her eyes at him . I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or whatever the case may be but they were simply trying to get breakfast. This is my first time ever experiencing this negative and nasty behavior , I’m very disappointed!

It is a nice place, they serve you very quickly and the service is efficient. You can go alone or with your family and you will feel in a pleasant environment.Parking: They have a large and secure parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Yeah. There is a lot of security. You can go in confidence with your children.

Was in Winston-Salem. Me and my kids decided to get Chick-fil-A to take back to Thomasville. I paid $50 something dollars worth of food, drinks included. Got back home, I didn't have my dressing for my salad so I had to eat it plain, my daughter did not have cheese on her chicken and my other daughter did not get her ranch. With everything I paid for everything should have been in there. They should double check the bags to make sure they are putting everything in customers bag. The ONLY reason why I gave a 2 star was because most of the food was good.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant:(1) Extensive menu options;(2) Quality of food;(3) Friendly, attentive staff;(4) Facility cleanliness & layout;(5) Once seated, a staff member will usually stop by to ask if they can assist, including an offer to get your drink refilled;(6) Attention is given to maintain the exterior & interior are always clean; &(7) Rest rooms are conveniently located, as well as kept clean.Parking: Even during the busiest of times, several parking spots are available.A significant number of customers use the drive-through option.Kid-friendliness: Has an interior kids' play area.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, wheelchair accessibility for order line to dining, and rest rooms.
