“I have been shopping at Rolly's for years as a proud aunt and great aunt. Each time I enter the store I am greeted by name and feel like I am their favorite customer! Melanie always gives me the best advice, patiently answering my many questions about what would be the perfect gift. Each item is unique and of high quality from the clothing, furniture (rocker/recliner/glider purchased last year was made in the USA ??) and toys. Every present I have purchased has been wrapped beautifully. Melanie takes the extra step in mailing my purchases to my out of state family always making sure they arrive on time for the special occasion. I highly recommend Rolly's for a wonderful shopping experience.”

“I arrived for my appointment at 2:30. My stylist was a little late getting me in the chair, but I understand that appointments don’t always go as planned. She shampooed my hair and explained the products she was using. Since I was getting a silk press, she was very gentle while blow drying my hair to straighten it before going over it with a flat iron. She also made sure to remind me to cover my ears. The trim was done to perfection, she went over it several times to ensure it was styled appropriately, with layers and a length that I was completely satisfied with.”
“Had a WONDERFUL shopping experience today, mainly thanks to TeAndre(sp?) and the other gentleman, who provided excellent customer service! I was trying to decide on a Christmas gift for my son. Since they both were around my son’s same age, they gave very friendly and helpful advice that persuaded my purchase decision. Also, TeAndre went above and beyond to assist with my discount, since I’m still old school and hardly ever use apps. I did have a mishap in canceling one purchase, but the managers resolved it quickly and efficiently. The entire staff was awesome! In addition, the store was super clean and orderly. “In regards to Ira review. Just to be clear. No stores in Hanes Mall open until 10am, so I can definitely understand why it was a ghost town. No stores were open. We do apologize that the times on the website for the Children's place are incorrect and just know we are working to correct it.”
“In my experience it seems that every indoor mall has a JCPenny. They have a nice selection of merchandise. I find the prices to be a little high, but the quality is usually top notch. The store was clean and well stocked. This JCPenny is in the middle of this mall and you have to go thru it to access the other side of the mall.”
