I've tried to cancel my monthly car wash subscription for over 2 months, since I moved away from W/S. I called 4 times, yet their msg inbox is always full, I sent them 2 messages via their website, no response, I walked into their location and their employee could not find my account via my plate, my name, or my credit card...and yet, they keep charging my card. I had my CC company reverse the charges, and guess what? No response. Do not give this car wash your CC info!

Today was my first time at this car wash (August 24th around 10:30 AM). Based on my experiences at previous automatic washes, I was a bit skeptical. But, I was pleasantly surprised! I have a large SUV and it did a great job. Having access to the vacuums, window cleaner and clean cloths were very convenient. The two young men who work there wearing blue shirts are very nice and came by a few times while I was at the vacuums to see if I was ok and if I needed anything. I hope the owners appreciate their work ethic and excellent customer service! They were super!! I'll be back!

This place generally offers good wash services. However, their customer service is terrible. The voicemail is always full, making it impossible to speak to anyone. To cancel my membership, I had to call my bank to stop the recurring payments. Additionally, they charged me duplicate membership fees for almost a year. My wife emailed Emily, but we either received no reply or were told they were still working on it. The customer service is horrible, with a clear lack of communication. If I had known how difficult it would be to cancel the membership and get my money back, I wouldn’t have chosen this place in the first place.

Considering no one at the place talked to me, I can't comment on customer service. I bought the $20 wash, and it's still dirty defeating the purpose.

Such a great experience every time I go here. They will spray your floor mats for you which is something that nowhere else I have been has done. I also love that they sprays and towels set up right there at the vacuums so it’s easily accessible.

Reason for the one Star is I come here almost daily and always have a wonderful experience with the utmost professional service. Until today. The two attendents were horsing around spraying each other and wrestling. Then the I guess he was the supervisor came out and joined in. This is a place of business not a play ground.
I thought professional people worked here?

They were super nice and friendly. I was approached due to my vehicle not being up to their standards of clean after my wash, so they offered me a rewash. The vacuum center was organized and easy to use.

Great experience. I'm a monthly member. Friendly staff. Great automatic wash. Workers physically wash it too before u enter wash. Free vacuum, towels, refreshments, and window cleaner

Been here 5 times. The staff at each visit went out of their way to answer any questions, assist and show how to use each of the special cleaners and vacuums, help wash car all weather floor mats, and explain all the specials and gift card options. On one visit, the bugs from a cross country trip did not come off and they put the car back through the wash and hand washed the bugs off before going through. Best car wash I have ever used period!

What a fantastic car wash. We’re so glad we found this place in Winston Salem. We have a vehicle that can’t do a brush car wash due to the paint and this facility allows you to have the option to do brushless wash.The team members at the car wash are kind, friendly, and helpful. They offer to wash the mats and also offer complimentary vacuums, interior and window spray and cloths.Thank you for the outstanding service!!!
