Been here 5 times. The staff at each visit went out of their way to answer any questions, assist and show how to use each of the special cleaners and vacuums, help wash car all weather floor mats, and explain all the specials and gift card options. On one visit, the bugs from a cross country trip did not come off and they put the car back through the wash and hand washed the bugs off before going through. Best car wash I have ever used period!

What a fantastic car wash. We’re so glad we found this place in Winston Salem. We have a vehicle that can’t do a brush car wash due to the paint and this facility allows you to have the option to do brushless wash.The team members at the car wash are kind, friendly, and helpful. They offer to wash the mats and also offer complimentary vacuums, interior and window spray and cloths.Thank you for the outstanding service!!!

I’ve been a subscription member for around 3 months now and haven’t taken the time to review, but these fine young people do a terrific job day in and day out and never fail to go the extra mile to provide great customer care. 1000/10 would recommend a visit and a membership. Shout out to Corey in particular for the kind words on a tough day.

My favorite car wash service in the area! Staff are always smiling and helpful. Customers are always offered a complimentary water and free air freshener. I always feel seen and appreciated. Love Classic touch ! Great service at an affordable rate.

I couldn't fit my truck in the car wash because of the 18 in tires I have on it (which is completely understandable) so I was refunded my money and they still let me use the vacuum and window cleaner, pressure washed my mats, and gave me an air freshener, all for free. Even though I wasn't able to wash my truck here, the friendliness of the staff and just the overall service I received made the trip delightful. I would highly recommend this car wash over any other in the area.

This is probably one of the best actual washes in Winston-Salem. They do a light hands scrub before you go in and then the auto-wash is just really good. My car always looks excellent after going through. Also the vacuums are really good. Great staff every time.

This car wash is truly the best. Owners are super friendly fly and on top of everything. Unlike other car washes, they do it right. From the start they spray the front, back, and driver + passenger side. After you come out and use the free vacuums, they offer you water. They also will take your mats and wash them separately. Their monthly plans are affordable and you get discounts on more cars. We have all 4 and are super satisfied with their service. They also are community supporters and that to me is also huge.

I came to Classic Touch Express for a basic car wash. Our Trailblazer had been sitting a while and when we finally got her running again she was filthy. The guys at Classic Touch did an amazing job. They were friendly, professional and clearly cared about the work they were doing. The even ran me through the wash again at no extra cost just to make sure she looked brand new!! I will definitely be back!!

Love this wash, classic touch is an awesome locally owned car wash. The cars always comes out dry and if the guys miss something they always give me or anyone a rewash. The towels,chemicals and vacuums that are free with a wash are awesome. I always get offered water multiple times and they will even spray off and dry my rubber mats!!!! Hands down the best customer service and wash in town.

Super friendly service, and really good supplies for cleaning the interior of your car for free after the wash. Would absolutely come here again.Only downside is having brushes in the wash compared to touchless, which isn't great for the paint, but considering how they handle the rest of their business, I'd imagine they keep all of that as clean as possible to minimize scratches.Services: Vacuuming

Absolutely best car wash in town. Super friendly and helpful. Took two of my cars in yesterday and they both came out great right from the wash. Even my wife noted the tire wash right off the bat. Got offered assistance on washing mats, offered water as well both times while out there and if I needed anything that wasn't there in the cart. Great team and will be recommending them in town needing a wash!

I am so impressed with this car wash! From the moment I drove up, I knew I was in good hands. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even offered me a complimentary beverage. The wash itself was top-notch - my car has never looked better. The attention to detail was fantastic, and the whole process was quick and efficient. The self vacuum station was also a huge plus - it had all the necessary tools and was very user-friendly Overall, I highly recommend this car wash for anyone looking for a superior experience. 5 stars all the way!
