“I took my granddaughter and a friend shopping at Hanes Mall, and they wanted to look in Hot Topic. It was exactly as I remembered it from shopping at Hot Topic with my daughters in the 1990s, right down to the androgynous sales clerk in torn fish net stockings. All things goth, plenty of licensed tees with rock bands, horror films and anime characters. The friend got belly button rings with dinosaurs. It was nice to catch the storewide buy-one-get-one-30%-off year-end sale. Clerks were friendly and helpful. Take your teens; they'll thank you.”

“Thank you to Christian for his amazing customer service! I was shopping online for a gift for my wife this christmas, but I could not really figure out the size differences and color options in the long coats, so I decided to give this store at hanes mall a call, and so glad I did!
Christian took the time to understand my predicament and gave me options over the phone, and when I asked him if I could come in because I lived in a different town 30 mins away, he said absolutely and that he would set aside some examples to truly make sure I got what was needed.
When at the store he showed me all the things we discussed and even brought out the tape measure to truly be detail specific.We agreed on the color and coat and made the order process and breeze!
He also stated that the sale was not the end process, but that if for any reason the coat did not fit as expected, to please contact him and he would work with us to make it right.

“I finally checked out the store and was pleasantly surprised. The first thing was their size inclusivity. Everything went from sizes Extra small to 3X. This is a more expensive athleisure store but I was able to find a pair of shorts on sale for $20. The staff was also very nice and they have an extra cash register by the fitting room so you do not have to wait in line. My husband wish they carried men's clothes because of how good my experience was.”
