Customer service is key inside of this particular CVS, which is why I ALWAYS return! While shopping both intimate care and feminine products for a lady-friend of mine, I was completely lost locating such products (...because I'm a man who is clueless to pinpointing such products). Nonetheless, that wasn't a problem thanks to their very helpful employee on-staff (a light-skinned gentleman with dreadlocks with a wonderful personality) who was more than happy to aid me by stopping doing inventory just to walk me through the aisles to every single item needed. It's sweet service like this that makes this CVS store/pharmacy exceptional for me, every time.

I paid for a prescription online to be delivered on 8/14/21 with a window of 2:00-4:30. When it had not arrived at 6:00 my husband went to CVS to pick it up but they made him pay again! This means we paid $300.00 for this prescription! It's $150.00 dollars and I needed it for a wound. The female pharmacist told me I had to get the money back from the delivery company Ship. Ship told me they NEVER receive what I pay for my prescription. This female yelled at me when I wanted to understand how Ship would have my money. I have called customer service with no resolution. I took proof from both banks where 2 payments were made that day and male pharmacist was confused how and why that happened.Calling customer service again today!!!!! Don't use their delivery service and then pick it up because it wasn't delivered it will cost you twice!!!!!

Came here for a covid test, staff was rude af because I was a few (10) minutes late due to traffic. While I understand timeliness is a thing, being rude when someone is trying to get a test for them to see if they’re ok isn’t it.

Filling the wrong order. After explaining to the pharmacy attendant what was needed for the pick up. The staff at this location filled the wrong order. When I went back to the location. I was greeted with a rude reception from one of the clerks. Not only could not get a refund off the mistake that was made but ended up coming out of pocket for their mistake. So next time.....I will scrutinize every order from this location or maybe it is time to use another CVS.

Literally on the corner of Happy & Healthy, this is not my pharmacy and drug store of choice. I used to come here before Walgreens opened up across the street. Everyone here is always standoffish, on their phones instead of being ready to help and act as if they have better things to do. The parking lot is never clean and landscaped poorly. The outdoor aesthetics are just as important as inside and both are lacking.

I have just recently switched to CVS in Pilot Mountain, NC. They did not have my eye drops for Glaucoma in stock and it would have been 4 days before they would have it. I stopped at this CVS and they very quickly switched the RX to there and I did not have to wait 3 days. Every employee I came in contact with greeted me and was very nice!
