My job changed from BCBS to Aetna Insurance. I did not want to have to shop at CVS but due to the insurance pharmacy regulations, I needed to change. My attitude has totally changed. The staff at CVS on Country Club Rd, Winston-Salem is phenomenal! Every time I have shopped at CVS the staff are beyond helpful, extremely nice, and professional! An example is when I was looking for something my doctor recommended I use. At the other end of the aisle was a CVS team member putting up stock. Immediately, the CVS team member asked me if she could help me and she did! She not only helped me but told me about sales that were applicable to the items I was seeking and she saved me quite a bit of money! I believe her name is Tiffany and she is amazing. In addition to Tiffany being so helpful, nice, and going above and beyond, I spoke with the two Managers. After speaking with them, it was obvious their ability to hire phenomenal people and train them was due to their own amazing and people-oriented characteristics. I am so over the top happy with my experiences with CVS. This was one of the best moves my company made. As an aside, I do not know anyone who works at CVS nor do I have family members who work for CVS. Thanks to the remarkable CVS team on Country Club Road! I am so blessed I chose this pharmacy for my prescriptions and drug store needs.

Sorry guys. Last time I'll be at a CVS. You guys are 40-50% higher than Walgreen and double Walmart's price. It's outrageous to charge $17.99 for 24 tablets of a generic cold medication. Went across the street and paid $12.79 (which is still way overpriced). COVID? Supply chain? Seriously. Just an excuse to put it to the consumer. Here's the corker: I politely mentioned this to your pharmacist. She AGREED with me!

I LOVE my neighborhood CVS pharmacy. While some begrudge the chain drugstores, I value the human beings working inside. From the front staff, to pharmacy staff, they all greet me and are generous with their offers to help. Especially during recent time, they aren't just handling their regular customers' health needs, but the addition of what the Pandemic has brought on. They do it with patience and grace, and a smile. They go above and beyond. These folks are unsung "essential workers.

Pharmacy was very helpful and quick today. However, road sign says store is open until 10, still says 9 on the door, but was locked with myself and others trying to shop at 8:35??

They have messed up my prescription order too many times. I’ve been to the CVS at target for years and never had one problem ever since I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy I’ve had a lot of problems so I am transferring all my things back to the target CVS I would not recommend this CVS to anyone they did not care whatsoever that there were issues. Over a month ago I mentioned the keypads need to be cleaned also after people touch them and the manager said he would take care of it there is still no cleaning process going on at the pharmacy were sick people come to pick up their prescriptions that to me is inexcusable retail stores do a better job of this then CVS does
