CVS is a well-stocked store that offers a positive shopping experience for many customers. While some have faced issues, such as problems with self-checkout and coupon credits, the availability of items often makes it worth the drive. The pharmacy is a highlight for most visitors, with many praising the helpfulness of the staff. However, experiences can vary; while some employees are noted for their kindness and efficiency, there are instances where customer service could improve, as noted by a customer who encountered a less-than-friendly interaction. Overall, CVS is appreciated for its reliable pharmacy services and clean retail environment, making it a preferred choice for many shoppers.
Staff dismissive and unfriendly. Questions not answered or answered with an annoyance.

This store is always higher priced on everything than the same items in other CVS stores. They often will take my coupons and not apply them to my purchase. When I call them on it they will grudgingly give me back my coupon.

CVS closed down the nearby Cloverdale location and now this one is swamped. They pharmacy is shortstaffed as well, closed down the drive through window, and unplugged the pharmacy phone ( I called while waiting in line and don't hear it ringing - noones picked up for 30 minutes).
