I have been using this CVS location as per my insurance requirement, but I'll be moving soon. While the location is convenient, my recent experiences have been disappointing. However, I must mention that Emma, one of the staff members, has been very helpful and courteous throughout my visits.I have faced several challenges with the staff's incompetence, such as waiting for medications that were not available, being sent to other locations unnecessarily, and not receiving the correct amount of medication. These issues have caused me to spend a lot of time waiting and driving back and forth, which has been frustrating.I would like to suggest that the staff at this location be better trained to handle such situations. Perhaps, a more streamlined process for inventory management could also be put in place to avoid these issues in the future. I hope that my feedback will be helpful in improving the services provided by this location.

CVS closed down the nearby Cloverdale location and now this one is swamped. They pharmacy is shortstaffed as well, closed down the drive through window, and unplugged the pharmacy phone ( I called while waiting in line and don't hear it ringing - noones picked up for 30 minutes).

If it wasn't so close to home, I'd go elsewhere. When I need a refill, I always call it in. The last 4 times, the refill wasn't ready, even though it had been over 24 hours. I keep getting the same response at the counter, "It will be ready in 15 minutes." I asked if they even pay any attention to the refill requests or if they just start when you get there. Yesterday morning I called in a refill request for 2 medications. One was ready, one was not. "It will be ready in 15 minutes."

I have spent more than 3 hours calling this pharmacy location over 2 separate days to cancel a script they filled without my requesting it be filled. I am hold 10 minutes, someone answers and they hit 2 buttons and hang up. I call back and repeat. If I could cancel a script through the app I would, but this is not an option and the script being in queue is preventing my mail order script to process because the claim has already been sent to insurance.

I called to see if they had received a prior auth form from my insurance and doctor today, and they high up on me 3 times. I then had to go to the store to ask a question and I saw one of the reps literally get in the phone hit 2 numbers on the phone and hang up. So if this is happening to you with this cvs submit a bad review of this place. Terrible people and don’t give who don’t care about anyone but doing as little as possible

Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other pharmacy in the area. Rude pharmacy staff on multiple occasions. Called the pharmacy with a question and after 15 minutes or so on hold someone picked up the phone breathed and then hung up. That’s happened a couple times now.

Never had a single tiny issue with the pharmacy. They have gone out of their way to help me and straighten things out multiple times.

If you want to be treated rudely and have all your prescriptions filled incorrectly by an inept group of people, this is the pharmacy for you. I am amazed at how much and often they screw up, which seems to be their only skill. Oh wait, laziness and lack of accountability are two additional talents they hold.

Pray to God, Shiva, Allah, or whichever Diety you worship you don't have to deal with the Pharmacist, Shelby. THREE straight months she has made me miss airline flights because she wouldn't fill a VALID RX WITH DOCTOR NOTES because she said, "I have to talk to the Doctor". Never mind I've been a CVS patient at this location for over 10 years. She did it again today. I never have an issue with Danielle, the Pharmacist. Today was the last straw. Moving RX's to Walgreens.

Do not go here for the pharmacy! Despite the automatic phone reminders saying prescriptions are ready, they never are. Most of the pharmacy workers act miserable to serve you. If you voice any kind of frustration in a polite way, they get very snippy. Please choose somewhere else! I always have some sort of issue with meds not being ready, approved etc. always something with this pharmacy!

Store manager Dennis “assisted” me with self checkout. While awkwardly standing way too close; explained to me how I needed to hit pay how before swiping my card. Thank you but it’s called self checkout because I can figure it out myself.
