My gripe is with the male pharmacist who administered my flu and Covid shots. No smile, no interaction with me though I attempted polite conversation, very much in a hurry. His grouchy demeanor and surly attitude were almost offensive. Not a good PR look..He also never told me to wait a few minutes to make sure I didn’t have a reaction, which has been the case with all other pharmacies where I had previous shots. In addition, he wasn’t thrilled that I asked him to take a minute to record these shots on my immunization record card. If he is this unhappy in his job, I suggest he find another line of work, preferably one where he doesn’t have to deal with people!All in all, suffice to say, I will not visit this pharmacy again.

I’m just laughing at all of the reviews ? I came to see if anyone else has experienced the same thing and it looks like this is a regular thing here now.I went in to get a medication the doctor ordered for my husband and right out the gate the older African American lady with glasses and short hair came at me rude/mad.I didn’t know they sent in an over the counter medication, but she was mad at me for it? Then she assumed I was on Medicaid (we have BCBS NC btw) like is it cause I’m Hispanic? I guess she was mad I was trying to get an OTC medication for free with “my Medicaid”. She kept telling me how they won’t pay for it… like okay? I don’t have Medicaid? Did you even look at the insurance?So she refused to fill my prescription and told me to just go buy it from CVS. Didn’t even want to bother to see how much I would pay if I used the insurance. It was going to be too time consuming and pointless apparently. The CVS brand was $7, what if I would’ve just had to pay $3 or something for the prescription? She at least went out of her way to walk the 5 feet to where it was and told me “HERE, RIGHT HERE, ITS ONLY $7?!” As if how could I not have $7 to spend. Like okay Ms. Ma’am give me those $7 if it’s “just $7” ?I didn’t respond to her rudeness and just blankly stared at her and looked around she got even more upset lol the rest of the pharmacists were just doing their thing like this was normal. Even the manager was there and was unfazed.Oh well, switching pharmacies even though that’s probably what they want people to do, but if that means I’ll be treated with respect by complete strangers then it’s worth it. I didn’t get her name, but I she had helped me a few times before a long time ago and she wasn’t like this. Prayers for her.

Absolutely the rudest woman at the drive thru! We drove from Walkertown to this location because our store didn't have the prescription on hand and we needed it. It was scheduled to be done at 12. We pulled up to window and gave name at 1237, she said it's not ready, you can pull around front and wait 15 minutes. I said it's supposed to be ready at 12?? She said we'll it ain't and you can still pull around and wait!!!! Rude as hello!! Did the manager or pharmacist care, hello no!! No customer service skills what so ever!!

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. CVS likes to advertise that they are approved for veteran care through the mission act. Well your pharmacy staff has no clue how to bill the VA for urgent care prescriptions and they are very rude about it. Made me feel like an idiot and kept repeating it only covered vacancies which is completely wrong. I got so frustrated I paid out of pocket.No attempt at problem solving, no apology, the technician literally was just trying to get me to leave. I had to argue with her just to get her to call the number listed on the VA contact card.She did but of course the CVS pharmacy help desk also has no idea what they are talking about.

Came here to get a passport photo. There was 1 employee behind the counter who graciously offered to take care of it for me. She quickly grabbed a camera, arranged the background and it became very clear she knew all of the requirements for the photo which placed me at ease to avoid it getting rejected at a later date. She trimmed the photo up for me and off I went. She was great. The store was well lit and very clean. Would return.

Thought I would share since this could help someone out! Even though CVS is a UPS access point, if you have an amazon return order, you unfortunately can not return it in these access points. They will ask you for it to be packaged already with the label. Instead, go to your nearest official UPS store so they can cover everything for you, hope this helps!

I made a mistake of saying no receipt at checkout, cashier said he could not print one! I needed it for my flex spending health account, after contact with store manager she was able to print a copy for me and emailed me to tell me I could pick it up!Thank you so much, that was awesome! Great customer service!

Pharmacist deserves a 1 star rating; store staff deserves a 5, so here is my 3 star review. Pharmacist Jason is rude and unreasonable. Katherine in the store was very friendly and kind.

Worst pharmacy employees ever!!!! Rude and continue to fill prescription dosages wrong!! I only use them because I’m disabled and they’re the closest to my home. My doctors have had to continue to follow up with them to make sure they fill my prescriptions correctly!! Horrible service!!!!

This is the closest CVS to my house. It is minimally stocked with merchandise on any given day. They carry a small variety of goods. This is unfortunate for them. Also, the parking lot and sidewalk here have a great deal of debris littered on them that I guess the store manager here has no interest in getting cleaned up. Again, very unfortunate for them. In my opinion they don't really care about having any customers.
