Worst experience ever at this CVS drive thru!!!!
Waited in the drive thru line the 1st time for about 24 minutes just for them to tell me it was NOT ready BUT she said it would be “Expedited”…stated it would be ready in about 15 minutes so I waited a little in the parking lot and then got back in the drive thru line and by then I had already been waiting another at least 30+ minutes!!!! Meanwhile have a sick daughter in the car with me! I pull up to the pick up window for the 2nd time and the same girl is like “I don’t know what happened but it’s not ready’ . At this point I’ve been waiting a total of over 54 minutes for a prescription that was called in and should have been ready. I asked her politely to please either allow me to wait at the window or pull up to the front as I have a sick person with me but she refused said they “could not do that”. She made me get back in line for a 3rd time and by now I’ve been waiting for over 1 hour and 15 minutes!!!!

The store is no different from any other CVS. My biggest complaint is the drive-thru. The people there are very nice, but I swear they pick their slowest people. If I'm waiting to pick up a prescription I shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes for the car in front of me to be done. There needs to be a pickup only. I have literally seen cars going out the parking lot and up to the other road blocking traffic. Simply because of the drive-thru pharmacy pickup. This needs to be addressed

First time here as we were in the area and needed to get a few things and we also had a couple of CVS gift cards to use. Sadly they were out of what we were looking for. They do have a nice variety of merchandise! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Easy to get to.

Why do you only have restrooms for your employees. As a place to pick up prescriptions for sick people, you would think customers may need to use the restroom.

I wish I had gotten the name of the man who was working the register today. Tall man with glasses and a short beard. He was very pleasant, and took the time to help not only me, but other customers with finding things around the store. It’s not often I feel compelled to review a business, but I wanted to recognize this man and let everyone at CVS know how much he made my day.
