Filled and picked up a prescription for my daughter without a problem, only to find out when I got home a few hours later that the lid to the liquid medication had not been secured and completely emptied. Called and left a message without a return call. Returned the following day met with attitude and an unprofessionalism I cannot begin to understand. Go elsewhere.

The pharmacy is the worst. They are not only incompetent but they're beyond unethical. They were unable to properly put the lid on my daughters medicine causing the entire bottle to spill out on the way home. When we called and left a message, no one called back but lied and said they did. It took going back to the doctor to get another prescription because of their inability to do their job. Aside from everything they did wrong, they then had an attitude about how inept they are.

To wait in drive thru 20min when it’s only 2 cars ahead is crazy to me!! Every time I come in hopeful that because there is not a long line it won’t take long and every time I’m disappointed !!! I just don’t understand what happened ! This has only been happening within the last year or so! Do they switch management ?

Did I find what I was looking for? Yes.
I spent about $100. The white woman who is to get paid, with a soda in her hand and with the other charging with a laziness that expresses and apparently is tired or frustrated, I don't know, very bad attitude to attend. You'd better stay at home.

Do not go here!! Do not think well it is at least a convenient location, it's not!! After waiting forty five minutes in line for 3 cars to move (inside is no faster) they will tell you the prescription they've had well over 24 hours has yet to be filled, but don't worry it will only be an hour. Meaning they haven't even gotten to filling anything yet because there's no way EVERY time I go to pick it up I am always an hour early. If you have meds that you have to take the same time every single day or I have to be regulated in anyway as part of your schedule you will get them late or you won't be getting them filled. They also like to say this just a short-term issue because they're temporarily short staff. I have used this pharmacy for a year and a 1/2 believing these lies and I promise you it is not a temporary issue. I would give it 0 stars if I could and I'm already in the process of removing all my prescriptions from here because I'm tired of them not giving a shit and you can't convince they do

This pharmacy really doesn't care about the customer. I was expressing my concern about not been able to communicate with pharmacy personal about my medication over the phone and how I leave Voicemails and they don't return calls and basically I was given the cold shoulder and was told if I wanted to transfer my medicine else where I would have to let the other pharmacy know and they will call them to transfer the medication. Wow!!!
So I guess I'm going somewhere else...smh

They said they close from 1:30 to 2:30 for lunch I showed up at 1:24 I guess they decided to leave early so much for the person that is leaving their work on their lunch hour to get their meds

Plenty of items in stock and things were easy to find. Went to self checkout because only one person checking and they were busy on the photo center. 4 people waiting to check out.
