I had gone to another competitor to purchase some feminine products but it was too pricey & the quantity that I wanted was not available & I don’t want to go out my way to get them as I had to get my daughter to work so the little birdie on my shoulder told me to go to cvs which I did & I was able to immediately find what I needed at a price that was affordable and get out of the store & back home to get my daughter in a very timely manner

I went through the drive through handed the gentleman at the window a paper from my doctor that stated I had the flu and asked them if they had robitussin ( my pharmacy did not have it) made him verbally aware I had the flu. He said yes they had it. I asked if he could get it for me he replied NO I had to come in. I again told him I had the flu and he wanted me to come in that was ridiculous! So I had to go in around people with the flu. This is one of the reasons people are getting sick ??

This people in pharmacy is the rudest people I talked with all my years with cvs. I just moved and they my life miserable just to fill a prescription. Maybe it will be a good choice to change back to Walgreens sad to say.

The pharmacy staff is rude and lies. I asked several times about a backordered medication and was told it was not anywhere in a 20 mile radius, I called the cvs in king and they had plenty available and said there were several locations with it in stock. I totally understand they may be frustrated with all the questions on backorder meds, but they fail to have any empathy for people who want help.

Staff is very rude and the service is slow. Their consultation is a joke and don’t want to help. Go to Stanleyville Pharmacy instead. Much nicer and helpful staff. Prescriptions are ready much faster and they are happy to help.

The drive-thru is convenient if you just want to pick up your prescription that has previously been called in. But if you are in a hurry and want to have a prescription filled immediately or on the same day, then you might be disappointed. Seems like they accept more prescriptions than they can fill in an orderly time. The inside isn't always as clean as other CVS's, nor does it have everything that other CVS's keep in stock, but they do have the necessities if you are desperate or in a hurry. The guy that's always at the check out line is super nice and professional. Also, the pharmacy has cut their closing time back to 7pm and something to be aware of is that they always lock the drive-thru window 5-10 minutes before closing so make sure you don't wait until the last minute to get to the pick-up window. By realizing how they operate has allowed me to have a better experience so I hope this helps others.

This was the worst trip to CVS. My husband and I recently moved from Raleigh where the cvs at 3001 Hillsborough St is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We walked into this CVS and it is the total opposite there. We walked in and I was trying to remember where the bathroom was because I had used it twice before. A woman in a Grey shirt says to us,"We don't have public bathrooms." She did not say hello she did not even lift her head from what she was doin. We didn't even realize was a representative because there was no vest, shirt or easily visible tag. My husband had to leave to use the restroom and I pick up what we came in for and a woman in a black shirt gives my husband this nasty look I walk up at the same time and as we are checking out she is just ridiculously rude. If she was a manager that is poor skills to be teaching other employees. We will not go back to this CVS and I am a care pass member for almost 2 years and I'm thinking about canceling it. It is the closest CVS to out house and I'm not paying to be treated poorly.

There's an Arab women and man that are managers in the Pharmacy and they are both lying jerks, the man assisted me first he told me I was eligible for my prescriptions to be delivered I waited two hours before calling back then the women answered lied saying I wasn't eligible and proceeded to yell at me through the phone saying the first manager didn't check my eligibility.... what kind of manager does that? so I said I wanted to report both of them once I said that she said my order would be delivered soon and told me there's no way for me to track it and hung up. I did get my inhaler FINALLY, but I'm beyond disgusted with the attitude, they are unprofessional and deserve to be fired.
