When checking out after card was already ran cashier stated that a coupon I had could not used. Have never had a check out person not ask or check coupon status on CVS card before purchase. No offer was made to adjust purchase which was the whole reason for my visit today.

Prices at CVS are high and a good selection of products is not there. Relies on use of self checkout so associates pay no attention to the register. They close the pharmacy at lunch, when a lot of people run errands. CVS is not customer friendly.
