I've been to some bad pharmacies. Thankfully, this really isn't one of them. I come here a lot for my and my family's scripts. The staff has always shown me they care and do whatever they can to communicate with my doctors and my insurance to get me the scripts I need and timely. Only seen smiles and mostly calm demeanor too!

Needed to load $100 onto cashapp to send to my nephew thats in college.. I was told "they won't take cash right now because they close in 1 1/2 hrs and the manager didn't want to do another drop" .. I spend $100 in this store regularly... NOT ANY MORE!!

The pharmacy does nothing to help. Very rude. Left me on hold 2 different times for over 30 mins!!!!!!! Something should be done!!!!! They are Very Rude!!!!!!!

Terrible, never have medicine in stock. I went to the pharmacy today at 9:10 and it wasn't open. Staff member said pharmacist is running 15/20min late. Typical type of situation you run into dealing with this CVS.

Visited this location today, the Cashier did take me to the product I was seeking, but once I Paid for my item, No Thank you from her at All, I am big on Cashier's thanking me for purchasing items from their store. She said not a Word!

The woman in control of the pharmacy is either on a power trip or just and idiot. She mames everything the most difficult of itself. I'm pretty sure she also inflates prescription costs. Which makes no sense. She's not getting paid. I got a prescription at walgreens that cost me 11 dollars. She said it was 50 times that. This idiot ruined cvs for me. I go to walgreens now.

Extremely slow service. Abnormally long waits in the drive thru. Very slow moving employees even though lines are long. My mother needs to use a different pharmacy.

The individuals at this location have no phone etiquette. They talk to their customers in a sarcastic manner. I called this location checking for my medication 3 times after the second time my prescription mysteriously was deleted from the system. I have covid and am trying to get better and the people here are terrible. This isnt my normal CVS but they are the only ones that have my meds in stock.The lady I spoke with was Sandra and there was a Male that answered the phone also. The customer service is a 0

Today I intend to get my 2nd booster.Despite the local was almost empty, the assistant pharmacist Ms. Sandra denied my petition due they were too busy. I have been a cvs customer many years ago, and my 1st booster was at CVS Reynolda / yackenvilke on 12/29/2021.After feeling disappoint I did cross the street to the Walgreens 4998 country club rd, and they made my profile and my boost with polite courtesy and high professionalism .I encourage the customers to avoid get service from the captioned CVS branch.Hopefully the general manager can read this message about my complaint.. Besides, i did notice that several complaints are running on this web...?

Not that this is the stores fault but they showed they had COVID rapid tests in stock. They do not.
