My parents have used this pharmacy since they moved to NC in 2006, I am visiting now and had an unexpected illness. The urgent care sent the script over after 7pm, and when I arrive just before 8pm, they already had it ready and waiting for me! They also asked about my Dad’s health since he’s been very unwell. Great, personal service!

The staff here is very nice, courteous, and friendly. The pharmacy crew especially deserve a special praise. They always go to any length to help out the CVS customers. Moreover, the UPS drop-off option is available at this CVS, which makes it really convenient for us to ship out UPS packages. Thumbs up all around.

I have had to deal with CVS for a long time, only because they are the closest pharmacy around. Everything is always an issue with them. The pharmacy and many of the pharmacy members are rude, unhelpful, slow, and unconcerned. It is overpriced. I’m finally done with them when a pharmacist told the tech team on the phone to hang up on my wife. I’ll drive further or use Amazon this point on.

UPDATE- A new pharmacy team has bee. Hired and everyone is fantastic. It’s a complete 180 in morale and costumer interactions.Rude pharmacy team. 95% of the time I am greeted with a low tone and attitude. Most of the women working here aren’t friendly. I do think the man that works here is pleasant. We all have bad days, days we maybe aren’t as nice as we can be, but always treating others like they do is reason for the one star. No one wants to be at work, but we must. Treat others how you’d like to be treated.Several friends and family of mine agree, also looking at the other reviews this isn’t just me.

The past 2 experiences I’ve had at the Hickory Tree CVS pharmacy, today and about a week ago, have been great! I believe they hired a new GM and got rid of the old rude employees in the pharmacy. Really - the OLD employees were some of the most impatient, uninterested, and unapologetic pharmaceutical representatives I’ve ever dealt with. However, these NEW employees are amazing! They are very patient, understanding, and they seem to care about you and your health. I can’t remember her name, but there is a nice woman who wears a hijab - she is awesome! She is so kind and I am thankful she is working at our CVS. I think she may be the new General Manager. Truly, every new employee I’ve worked with has been awesome - including those working the front register. Things are looking up!

The worst customer service I have ever received . The pharmacy staff including the pharmacist are completely incompetent. Medications are never in stock and you are not notified. My husband had surgery and it took 2 days to get his medication. We tried talking with pharmacy staff and after being on hold for 5 minutes,the phone call was dropped. We are officially done with CVS.

The two women there are rude and awful. I drive around this pharmacy to go to a further one. Pay attention to the reviews these people are rude and incompetent.

Poor customer service. Does not notify you if not in stock. Will not notify you when meds do come in stock nor will they notify you when an order is put on hold because a certain brand isn’t available. Completely left up to you to call for status and push for ordering and your responsible to call to make sure it’s been ordered and you will need to continue to call if something is ordered so you can make sure it’s being ordered and received. Good luck.

Walked in to pick up prescriptions and was greeted with "We closed you gonna have to come back at 2." Not "sorry, we're on a lunch break" or anything attempt to be even basically polite. Just a haughty look and rudely barked out statement of what I have to do. I'm not sure why any business would hire that kind of ill-mannered knuckle dragger, but CVS seems to seek them out. As a health care provider, I increasingly try to steer my patients away from CVS and Walgreens, but I will certainly make every effort to steer my patients away from THIS CVS in particular. As for the prescriptions I was to pick up today, I decided I "gonna have to" cancel them and get them filled at Publix.

The cvs on hickory tree road is always stocked and employees so helpful. Every other store I go in feels dirty but this one is always clean and friendly.
