This store is so messy, the shelves are almost totally empty. Someone clearly not doing their job. The cashier just standing around on her phone don’t speak to the customer. The whole time she’s on the phone talking to her boyfriend. Like girl do your job please. You on company time I’m sure they not paying you to be on personal phone calls while you working. I won’t be shopping here again . But Get it together

Was there from 8:15 to 8:30 and no one opened the door when the sign clearly states in terrible sharpie it opens at 8:00. Myself and 4 other guests tried waiting. Which we should have never done. And nothing. There’s employees in there but no one wants to work I guess

I went to the store today at 10:57am. The doors were locked but the store is clearly open. Today is not a holiday and all the lights in the store are on.

This store should be closed by the fire marshal immediately. Blocked aisles, blocked fire exits, narrow pathways. Dirty floors and unorganized shelves everywhere.

This store has some of the weirdest hours. The sign say it opens up at 8:00, I came to this store 5 times in a month and at 945 the store was still closed.I hate it because it’s close to me but, I’m taking my money somewhere else.

Poor maintenance on their property. I am disturbed that they contribute the community in this fashion.They have recently mowed their grass but not more than that and it still looks awful.

I'm sitting at the Dollar General near me. It's 9:30pm and people are pulling in left and right. The employees have decided that the store closes at 9:30pm or actually earlier. At 9:35 there were 5 people knocking on the door as I watched from my car. This is a regular occurrence.

I came to the Dollar General at 10:45 a.m.on a Tuesday & they were not even open. I called their phone number & it goes straight to voicemail. They even have a Frito-lay truck driver sitting here waiting & nobody seems to be here. The doors are locked but the lights are on inside. Bad for business.

This store has gone WAYYYY down hill. Most of the photos listed are DG stock photos, not photos of this store, So I have added some for your viewing pleasure. There were “customers” throwing footballs from one end of the store to the other. Staff yelling at and spraying air freshener at homeless attempting to enter the store. Staff also spoke so loudly at front register about issues with their other co-workers that I could hear them on the other end of the store. I haven’t seen a gift bag hung on an appropriate peg in at least 6 months. It’s really a shame. Conditions were reported to corporate with absolutely no response. I guess it’s Family Dollar for me until DG cleans up it’s act.

Employees were playing vulgar, explicit music over a Bluetooth speaker with children present in the store. Aisles were blocked by stocking carts to the point that they couldn’t be walked down. Prices on the shelves didn’t match the prices being charged at the register. Terrible experience at this store.

This place is unorganized, looks like a hurricane came through. Needs better management, will not go there again
