“The location in Midway beside where Badcock Furniture was, is one of the VERY BEST, of all the Dollar Tree Stores. I live in Winston Salem and actually drive all the way to this location to shop. Friendly manager and most team members, clean, neat, well filled, etc. OUTSTANDING Job to the Manager of this location in Midway.”
“This is the cleanest most organized dollar tree I’ve seen in this area. I’ve been to 4 other ones since I moved here a year ago and all have been very cluttered and poorly stocked. This will be my new go-to location. Great customer service as well.”

“The most precious, great attitude and kindest gentleman at the cash register! He was a older black gentleman and had a great attitude with all the customers on Friday after Thanksgiving! I love him! Felt really bad for the gentleman stocking because he was the only one there stocking! They had isles blocked but had tried to move them for buggies to get through so just packed house and not really blocked. I will continue to shop there but want the cashier's schedule! Lol. By the way I am a white 58 year old lady. Lol”
“First time shopping at this Dollar Tree. Very well stocked. Associate Brenda was very nice, great customer service. If your in Winston-Salem on Reynolds, this is the place for good deals.”
“Went for shower curtain hooks. Picked up a couple other items. Every single item priced wrong! I brought it to the associate's attention and he corrected the pricing without checking if I may have made a mistake. Unlike another dollar store I won't mention. I appreciate his ability to correct in the moment because the other community store don't even train their associates to take care of these issues in the moment. I get that customers can sometimes look at tags wrong, but this was not the case. Clearly my neighborhood dollar stores are under staffed and there is always a pricing concern. But I can not blame the associate, they are limited to what they are trained to do. Corporate does not care that their pricing is in transition and need to have processes in place until they can sustain pricing accuracy inside their stores. I appreciate that associate for clearing up this pricing issue.”
“I really like the new layout of the store. Everything is so accessible. The only complaint,which is NOT Family Dollar fault, Impatient ppl who cut thru their parking lot to avoid waiting for the light. I dont know what can be done,but someone is going get hurt.”

“Visited the Hanes Mall Blvd and the Peters Creek Pkwy Dollar Trees. With Christmas right around the corner both stores were in rough shape, but between both stores we were able to find exactly what we needed for a Facebook inspired project.”
“These guys especially the younger Caucasian guy is awesome it really helpful plight courteous they know their products which they had if I can get that kind of service at Walmart that would be awesome but if they offered as many products as Walmart Walmart will go out of business”

“Brand new building. So far excellent customer service. It's clean, only because it's new. Nice home goods but most items are not priced. I'm sure in no time it will be cluttered and disorganized in no time. Hope I'm wrong but very few Dollar Generals are nicely kept.”
“What a turn around! I made a point to not return to this location after visiting about a month and a half ago. It was just impossible to get around the store because of how cluttered and disorganized it was. I ran in for a quick grab today and was astounded! Someone new has to be in charge here! The shelves are stocked, the aisles are clear of boxes and debris, and the store is actually clean! Major turnaround! I would recommend giving this store a second chance to anyone that wrote it off like I did. I’m so happy to see things moving in the right direction again!”

“Clean store. Clerks are nice. They have added more items and this store is always neat and tidy. They only have 1 shopping cart in the store & it was in use. When I asked about it, the clerk said all they had and the carts had been stolen. If you are going to buy a lot of stuff, I suggest you bring your own shopping cart or you will only have access to the hand baskets.”
“I don’t like the smell of the store. The store smells like a grandpa’s house, however everything is cheap. I recommend the birthday cards since they are priced cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been for birthday cards.”

“Employees were friendly even though I came in right at closing time (I thought they were open an hour later…oops) actually 3 minutes after closing time. They let me run in and grab what I needed and they didn’t have to do that. The store was a bit of a mess but I wasn’t in there long enough to care.”

“Nice Family Dollar location off of North Point Boulevard. The staff are friendly, the prices are great, they have everything from groceries to home goods and gifts. Great place to pop in for toys and over the counter ? medicine as well. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, parking, and aisles.”
“I’m an employee here; with that said, there’s not going to be any bias within this review.First and foremost, inside, always semi clean or clean. I can navigate without feeling imma trip on anything.Service: I will say I get great service especially since I do work there so I’m cool with most of my co-workers. I respect the no book bag or bag rule which is put in place for everyone no matter what it may seem.Inventory: it’s whatever they have in season. They either have what you’re looking for or don’t, but usually they do and it’s not hard to navigate either.Now a employee exclusives: usually it’s not hard to get task done but it is annoying to constantly ask for an assistant manager to come over if I need access to something anything other than a refund request. Though I understand why it’s in place but it’s incredibly inconvenient for me and other customers.Some don’t respect or care for the no bag rule and I can sympathize with them a bit and it’s incredibly annoying to deal with people that can’t respect a rule that applies with everyone! More or less a customer issue rather than a job issue.Other than those, I like working here! I can interact with people, joke with people, understand people, and overall just enjoy being around people.Pretty cool store! Rate us! But only when I’m there which is usually Fridays to Sunday!”
