Visited the Hanes Mall Blvd and the Peters Creek Pkwy Dollar Trees. With Christmas right around the corner both stores were in rough shape, but between both stores we were able to find exactly what we needed for a Facebook inspired project.

Manager was walking around the store on her cell phone while one older cashier is upfront with a line down the back of the store. Cashier called manager 3x over the speaker she never came . Of course you would never know she’s the manager walking around with a huge hoodie pajama pants and slides and black hat on.All while you have crackheads walking around stealing socks.

Always understaffed. 1 cashier and 8 customers in line. Ghetto music blasting. Stay away from this store. Dollar Tree does not care about it's staff or customers.

A little dingy but well stocked, this Dollar Tree could use some tidying. But then, this mall could also use some tidying. I've been to bunches of Dollar Trees and this one lands in "Could've been better."
Lots of merchandise and a few spots in the shelves that were low or missing. Some stuff on the floor. Checkout was crowded and there was a queue.

The customer Makayla was very rude to me grab the card out of my hand and said that this was store property follow me at the store and said she was ready to fight

The employees were racist and treated us very poor as if we were from the street she thinks that she's the owner

Says they open at 9am, but the employee inside is ignoring me and not even opening the store. Rude.

Worst customer service I have ever expired. Cashier Marisela ripped off my receipt I asked for a new one. Said she did not know how to reprint a copy, called manager over speaker phone, he told her I would have to wait because he was BUSY. Waited over 15 minutes and he did not showed up. I told cashier Marisela I woukd like a refund instead, said she did not know whow to give a refund and that the manager need to do it and that he was BUSY. I went to back of store to located manager as I need to leave and needed my refund he told me I had to wait because he was BUSY and left me talking to myself. At the time of writing this review it has been more than 45 minutes since I requested my money back for the poor customer service I was offered by these people. Will be my last time time shopping at this horrible place. Workers not trained properly and give bad attitude to paying customers. But worst is the manager that dont put any effort to resolve issues. After 50 minutes of waiting for “manager” someone came out of the back of store gave my refund and did not even provided an apology for waisting my time.

Worker folks were friendly. Good selection. Some things were out of stock but still plenty of things to choose from.
