Worst customer service I have ever expired. Cashier Marisela ripped off my receipt I asked for a new one. Said she did not know how to reprint a copy, called manager over speaker phone, he told her I would have to wait because he was BUSY. Waited over 15 minutes and he did not showed up. I told cashier Marisela I woukd like a refund instead, said she did not know whow to give a refund and that the manager need to do it and that he was BUSY. I went to back of store to located manager as I need to leave and needed my refund he told me I had to wait because he was BUSY and left me talking to myself. At the time of writing this review it has been more than 45 minutes since I requested my money back for the poor customer service I was offered by these people. Will be my last time time shopping at this horrible place. Workers not trained properly and give bad attitude to paying customers. But worst is the manager that dont put any effort to resolve issues. After 50 minutes of waiting for “manager” someone came out of the back of store gave my refund and did not even provided an apology for waisting my time.

This used to be one of the best Dollar Trees in Winston-Salem. However, recent visits are not living up to that high standard. I visited store today, Monday, 12-12-2022 at about 1:30 pm. Found store to be out of stock on many items. This includes refrigerated sodas and refrigerated drinks in the back of the store. Little assortment of holiday candies. Freezer cases were low on stock. Today's checkout employee was rather impersonal as he was carrying on a conversation with the other cashier about the store routine and hours. He barely said anything to me and I got the impression he was clueless about greeting a customer and then thanking them after they pay for the merchandise. Really these are the basics of retail. The manager maybe needs to remind this employee of that essential step.

Sheila was amazing! I need 40 balloons for my mothers balloon release and she helped and made sure it happened!! I really appreciate her hospitality and love during this tough time. She absolutely rocks!!!!!???

If I could give a zero star review I would usually when I go everything is good but this time it was the opposite from the moment I went up to the cashier I was ignored three times and when she finally acknowledged me she had an attitude I was asking if they took apple pay to make sure I wouldn’t have any problems when trying to pay she said yes so I looked for the items that I needed and came back no how are you or anything which is fine but when it came to pay it wasn’t accepting the payment so I paid part of the amount with cash which she catched even more of an attitude because I handed her some in coins my card kept declining so she was getting more frustrated I noticed there was a line forming so I had asked her if she could cancel the transaction and attend the other customers and I would go last and it would give me time to figure out the problem with my card she rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t do that another customer noticed that she was being rude and stepped in and asked why she couldn’t just cancel it which she replied that the reason why she couldn’t do it it’s because she would have to get a manager which she didn’t want to do so she could’ve done it but decided not to because she didn’t want to get a manager mind you I asked from the beginning if they took apple pay so I wouldn’t have this problem I didn’t have any other form or payment to pay in full which I get that that’s on me but that’s why I asked from the start her name is Marsha. I have never left a bad review because I understand that we all have rough days but she could’ve handled things differently.

I found Sheila cleaning up and she was doing a wonderful job .I have never seen it this Clean. Sheila is good with the customers and so polite.
