Same day delivery was great…Arrangement was kinda small for the price , but the recipient loved it so it was worth it ! Will use again and I’d recommend to anyone as well.

I wish I could put in a negative review. I ordered a birthday delivery for my Moms bday on 12/29 and she works at the hospital. I placed the order and it had me select (hospital, school, business etc) and because it’s a hospital where she works so that’s what I selected. That day I called every hour and was on hold for 15mins each time and no one would answer so I could make sure it was delivered by 5pm. It wasn’t delivered until 5:47 and her clinic already closed. I was told it was cancelled and the next day they tried to deliver it again. They won’t refund me and said it wasn’t delivered by 5pm because I didn’t select business. How was I supposed to know that. It’s frustrating

I ordered chocolate dipped fruit which went bad within 24 hours. I called the store to tell them directly before making a review to see if they would offer a resolution. They did not. Very disappointed. Will never order from here again. Other stores have not had this issue.

I mean it's fruit. Beautifully put together in a vase, to look like flowers. I hate flowers. But I love fruit. So if you have a friend, lover, family member, that loves fruit... get them one.

I ordered a large fruit tray online. They charged me almost $130. The worst product I’ve ever purchased. It is not worth even a penny I spent for it. What makes this experience with the Edible a nightmare for me is the rude and very unprofessional customer service manager from the Winston Salem office. I asked for a refund and did not pick up my order. They did not made a refund and instead sent me a confirmation email stating that I have already picked it up.I never waste my time and money for their low quality and lousy- made products ever again. What they show on their website is completely different from what they put on the counter as the final product, while they have an awful customer service.

If you do not care if your gift gets there on time this is the place. Called several times for 2 days. They don't answer the phone or leave you on hold. I asked when I could expect my order to be delivered and they state they do not know. It could be up to 9pm! From other reviews one was 11:45pm. I requested my order be canceled and was told it wasn't possible as it was 'in pro'. Even though they had just told me it had been 'received' as did the web site. 2 seconds after finally speaking to a rep I received a 'your order has been delivered email' - It was not. 3 HOURS after that I received a text saying delivery was in pro. I have no idea what the order looked like but I have my doubts. Won't use again. FAIL.

My mother was suppose to receive a delivery order from the Winston- Salem location on May 14th. She waited all day at the house & was left nothing. So I called the store the next day to ask what happened with the order. Lady who worked on the 15th @11:25am asked for my order number & name, placed me on a long hold just to tell me they couldn’t find a driver & they will resend the order. Completely fine I understand how busy it can get on Mother’s Day. However I was fed up with the phone call because she sounded very uninterested & gave me little details. Anyways, for four days I was refreshing the track order page & was stuck on “arranging order now”. Called the store again today to ask for a refund but was told they can’t give out refunds if there was an delivery attempt. They offered a “special discount” to send it out again. 20% off discount.. this will be the third time waiting for the order. So whoever is reading this review, do not order delivery from this place because you’ll be dissatisfied.

I ordered an arrangement for my brother's 80th birthday on Saturday. I was assured that it would be delivered on Saturday which it was not. I also ordered three balloons, the delivery was not made until Sunday evening with no balloons. I will never again and the telephone number was taken down wrong, funny how my bank card with all those numbers was taken right, I am very disappointed.

I was disappointed when my mother informed me that her delivery didn’t have the card attached so she wasn’t sure who sent the gift and then the balloon was flat…wouldn’t even stay up in the air.! When I called the store the female who answered stated everything was fine when it left the store and the card could have fallen off and the balloon may have had a small hole in it. I said for the amount of money that was paid…especially for THEIR BALLOONS, should have been filled and in tact. The female acted as if that was not that important because she had over 200 orders as of that should matter to me! I was one of the 200 and my order should have been up to par!!!! Mother’s Day is very important to people and that’s not how business should be addressed!Since my business was not important, I will take my money somewhere else that appreciates “repeat” customers!!!If it had been her money, I am sure she could relate.#disappointed-ediblearrangements

I tried to order my mother an edible arrangement for teachers appreciation week and they did not deliver it! I called on Wednesday, the initial day of delivery, to ensure that it would make it to the school in time and the guy let me know that they were aware of school closing times and it would get there. A few hours later I received a voicemail from Trish saying they wouldn’t make it on time. I called the store and after talking to two people who didn’t know what they were doing, they said it would get there fresh the next day. Well today when I spoke to my mother she never got a delivery and no one at the store seems to know what happened. I am currently on the phone, on hold, awaiting a response. These people are so incompetent! I will never order from here again and I will definitely be getting my money back one way or another! STAY AWAY!!
