This wallgreens only has a small cabinet and will not take any additional packages. Usually they will park a cart in front of the cabinet but they won't here. Wasted trip. Don't be a fedex drop-off if you can only take boxes under 9x9 and a couple tops.

I wish people would not post on here when the negative experience they had was not with this specific brick and mortar establishment. I have always had a pleasant experience here-employees are always very helpful.

I missed a time-sensitive medical package Friday November 12, 2020. They didn't leave a note or door tag to let me know they had attempted a delivery. The only reason I found out was the pharmacy called me. It clearly states on the box that it is time-sensitive and must be refrigerated. I went online to the FedEx site at 3:00 pm, Friday afternoon and set up a hold location. They never showed up even though they had 7 hours to do so. According to the tracking number it was at a FedEx facility Friday evening at 8:31 pm so it could have been delivered to the hold site or to me with plenty of time and the medicine would still have been viable as it is packaged with ice packs, however sitting in a truck for the weekend surpassed the ice packs abilities to keep it cold. I have been on this medicine for months and there have been several times they just left it without my signature. I spoke with 4 different employees from FedEx over the weekend. In fact, the last person hung up on me. I spoke with the pharmacy Monday morning and she stated they have this problem with FedEx frequently.
