His name is Charlie, one of the staff in this location on Stratford. HE IS SO AWESOME! VERY HELPFUL! VERY PROFESSIONAL! He will assist you until you get your project done. So patient too! He is a Company Asset. Fedex should keep him and give him a raise.!
