I don't like mailing or shipping. However from the MOMENT I stepped in, Diego was simply the best ever! Diego took care of e v e r y t h i n g from reboxing, comparing prices and informing me of all needed info.I work in customer service & unfortunately good customer service has become a rare thing. I truly pray FedEx is aware how lucky they are to have Diego on their team.

Needed presentations prented on short notice. There was a lot of tweaks to our printing. We had labels made and bound seven documents. Jennifer stayed late to make sure we got what we needed. Absolutely a rock star!!! Best customer service I have had in years.

I came in here with a VERY last-minute printing and binding job, and Derrick was so helpful - I was getting copies made of my grandmother's autobiography before I left town to go to her funeral, and he assisted me in my very frazzled / stressed out state of mind! He asked me all the right questions and provided suggestions along the way. I was able to pick up the bound copies the next day! I would definitely recommend going to this FedEx location for all your printing needs.

The manager and employees were friendly and EXTREMELY professional. This will be my only store to go to from now on. I print on a monthly basis and was going to the FedEx on Stratford Rd. Winston Salem NC and the manager Mohammed is HORRIBLY RUDE and unprofessional. So I tried this other store to see and I’ll NEVER go back to the Stratford Rd store and I’ve recommended all my professional colleagues to do so as well and only to go to this store on Frontis Plaza Winston Salem NC. The experience was amazing, I was about to never go to FedEx’s again, good job to the team there. They also gave me good paper suggestions which I appreciated.

I was simply trying to print 3 shipping labels and I noticed that there was a 2.50 surcharge for small orders for the first time today and I mentioned it to the man once he was ringing it up. He then had the audacity to say, if you want to avoid that surcharge you can use our self print machines next time…Posting because to acknowledge the lack of customer care from the man working there today and for anyone who realizes too late that you have to pay a surcharge if you’re not spending 50$ to do a simple print job. Sorry my instinct is to ask another human being for help. Dude every penny counts why would you tell me that after the fact. You had no problem having a casual conversation with the woman before i came in? Sorry i didnt mean to interrupt that so you could help me. guess I should just buy a printer.

I went in to ship a few things and asked Stephen about the cost difference between Ground and Express. His reply was clearly that he was not interested in helping me whatsoever and he went on to make that quite clear with his attitude. I worked for FedEx office and Express and know the system pretty well, so my questions were not unreasonable.I decided to figure it out myself and then went back to the counter when Elizabeth came out from the back. She was super helpful and very kind. She took care of everything very well and very quickly. While she was taking care of us, I saw Stephen being even more rude (of possible) to the next customer. I would not reccomend dealing with him at all, if you decide to use this store.The price for shipping from NC to OR was cheaper (with Express) than the Post Office, so I do reccomend FedEx.

The manager Bruce did not know what he was doing and all I had was a simple drop off. I was returning computers to a company and all I was doing was dropping them off. It took over 20 mins to get a receipt which I needed for this particular drop off. He kept insisting upon not giving me one and I kept insisting I needed one. He did not want to help me at all. This is why I don’t use fedex.

Google reflects the store is open until 8pm as does the store hours on the door however every time I go to ship in the evenings I arrive at a closed store with a sign hanging on their door which states they are closing at 6pm today. Either consistently stay open until 8pm or change the store hours on your door and online!!!
