I have been banking with First Bank for years after banking with other bigger banks in town. There is a much friendlier atmosphere and they even know my name when I come into the bank. It is stress free banking and they really try to solve any problem that I might have with my account. They go out of their way to help in any way they can to make things go as smooth as possible and I really appreciate the customer service that I receive.

Why would anyone pay the multiple fees and charges other banks sneak in when First Bank is straightforward and doesn't find ways to take my money? Of course, everyone is friendly and most helpful. I love First Bank!

This is most horrific banking experience I have ever had. The first day I had to go to 6 different banks to be able to withdraw enough money to pay my rent. It only allows you to withdraw 300 per day. Now supposedly my card is not activated all of a sudden and my partners card pin number has been "exceeded". The problem with that is we haven't entered the pin today. Please do yourself a favor and bank ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I would rather have a Walmart green dot card. Oh and it never fails that every time there is a problem it is discovered Friday after 5pm and they haven't caught up with the times. They are only open Mon-Fri 9-5. Another thing I called the 800 number on the back and the guy who answered exact words were " We are not affiliated with First Bank"....
