I absolutely love five below, but not this one. Nothing is stocked up EVER. And I wanted to buy a few things, but a lady was so rude about me buying it. I will never return again from how rude she was. And it wasn’t one of those bad days type deal because she turned around and was goofing off with other employees. Instead of stocking up their products or helping those in the self checkout they were goofing off and talking about the most random things that had nothing to do with their work. Customer service isn’t hard when the customer is being nice in the first place.

Place is pretty normal and good for a 5 below…only thing that bothers me is the new “self check-out” it’s not really a self checkout, you must wait for an associate to go and do everything for you. Not very convenient especially for people in a rush. Personally since they have to do it for you they should’ve kept the normal cashiers. I avoid going to 5 below now for this reason. If they wanted self checkout, should’ve invested in Walmart type of security checkout where there’s a camera above that detects when any item was not scanned.

Tell me why they have SELF checkout, but a cashier has to come over and scan each of my items and complete the keypad for me? Isn’t that just regular checkout? I left my stuff at the register - what a dumb system in place— walked next door to Marshall’s and got my stuff instead

Associates were helpful, friendly, professionals. Atmosphere pleasant. Store was clean.
