Had major annual service done. 30 minutes later cruise control quits. Went back and was told it needed to be recalibrated…on my dime. It certainly couldn’t be something c@use during the 2 hour service.

Just went to this dealership to buy a used vehicle. Made an appointment and spent about an hour looking over the vehicle and test driving. After talking over numbers, I leave to get the vehicle I want to get appraised as a trade-in. When I get back, I am told the car was sold in the 20 minutes that I was gone. Just no integrity at all from the salesman. Had the nerve to ask me, "Is there anything else you wanted to look at?" Please don't purchase from Dave.

I purchased a 2024 SQ8 from Audi of Winston Salem. My Sale Consultant was Lamar Shuff, great sense of humor, intelligent. He was very attentive to my needs. I can’t say enough about his support staff. Dave B, I had purchased a 2023 from him previously. Joe, very lively, great personality, a sports enthusiast and then there was Justin, the negotiator, very pleasant who finalized the deal. No sale pressure at all. I enjoy and looking forward to a long standing relationship with these guys. I mention earlier that I own a 2023 Audi, another deal breaker was the service dept., Chris that’s my dude. When I walked into the showroom it was different from any other dealership that I had ever dealt with before. I was greeted with respect not feeling like raw meat waiting to be attack by hungry wolves.

Walked in a little after 6 to test drive a used Q5. We encountered an accident on the highway so it took a little time to get back and unfortunately put us close to their closing time. Justin went to appraise my trade (that I was potentially not even going to trade in) and said he would have to wait until the next day to get an accurate appraisal “due to the late time.” Okay I understand it’s close to closing and you want to go home but I’m prepared to purchase… they wouldn’t event negotiate with me, left my email and phone number and walked out. Never received any follow up from anyone at Audi the next day. I was prepared to purchase this car but unfortunately with the lack of professionalism I encountered I won’t go back. Never have I had an experience like this when buying a car. Audi Greensboro has been nothing but wonderful and I highly recommend them over Winston any day.

I had a great experience here! Lamar was friendly and professional. I went in about an hour before closing to look around and he helped me find the car I loved (and bought)! If anyone is looking to buy a car, I would 100% recommend Audi Winston Salem and Lamar.
