Just purchased a CPO 5 Series. Davis over in the finance department took care of everything for me. They arranged to pick me up from the Airport, had the car fueled/detailed. They did such a good job detailing it, that I walked right past it in the show room! (Looked like the 2024 model, not my 2021) Every interaction was pleasant, from the Parts Shop to the Sales Manager. I was in and out of there within the hour. They installed a new grille, I purchased, free of charge. I highly recommend Flow BMW. The Flow team exhibits Professional Excellence and has a unparalleled commitment to serving their community.

I recently had the pleasure of spending an afternoon at the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg, SC, courtesy of Flow BMW. It was... amazing! The performance of the new BMW's was absolutely astonishing, and the off-road capability of the X models was eye-opening. It was a wonderful few hours of playing with cars and hanging out with some of the staff from Flow BMW.

Previously I left a review where I was very disappointed with how things turned out after trusting staff and then coming to find out what was promised was in error. I now realize, even though there was an error, everything was done in good faith. My lesson was to next time not only trust but also verify. Their staff was very busy doing their job. Flow BMW contacted me with the kindest and most caring manager who worked very hard to fairly and genuinely rectify the problem. He has presented me with great resolves and is still working very hard to finalize. I am changing my review under my own volition. Yes, I would sincerely and strongly recommend Flow BMW and their staff who work hard to make your experience right and to give you what you need and want. What great cars and caring staff! Thank you all very much!

Overall experience was really good, requested to see the car from website, and was quickly contacted back for an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, Jon Crook was waiting for me, and the car was ready to go for a test drive. Jon was very knowledgeable about the car, explained everything, answered my questions and never pressured me. The team worked to get me an even slightly better rate than my credit union, and then took care of my insurance policy as well. The trade in offer was also on the higher end without any negotiation.I'm very pleased with my choice and the Flow experience.

girlfriend tried to turn a lease in on a 330i with 28k miles on. the jackals tried to say it needed new rotors. the car doesn't even have enough miles on it for a brake pad change, let alone for their to be damage to the rotors. they also got her in the door saying that she would probably be paid out for the lease. ended up getting a quote of 6k to turn the car in. extremely predatory, save yourself the heart ache and buy or lease a Lexus.

This was my first time visiting Flow so, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The advisor Corey explained each recommended service in detail. He is very knowledgeable about BMW maintenance. He was also very honest with his recommendations. I was worried that I’d have to spend my entire Saturday morning at the service center but, my vehicle was serviced and washed in a timely manner. I will definitely have my vehicle serviced here again.

I needed front brake pads and called to schedule an appointment. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day, superb. I was greeted very warmly and professionally. My service technician was able to complete the necessary job in an appropriate amount of time. And the work was done well. I highly recommend Flow BMW as Flow is very courteous and professional company. I've worked at this dealership and at Honda across the street and truly enjoyed my experience being a part of their teams. I look forward to continue doing business with these great people. Our sales person was great, and we felt very comfortable with her. I felt she was knowledgeable, honest with us, not pushy, and very relaxed and friendly. She got answers for us when we wanted to know something and was very communicative with us. So the 5 stars are for her but not necessarily the rest of the experience. Since we ordered a car, Ashley did the work of imputing that on the computer for us. When Flow went back over the order, they made a mistake on it so we did not get one of the items we had asked for. In the first place we don't even understand why the order had to be redone. Secondly, we were offered an extra tank of gas and a car wash for the mistake. Doesn't even come close to making up for the mistake. If you had given us something more for our trade-in or lowered the "administrative charge" on the car, that might have made a difference. I even asked about the trade-in. Also, when we first were looking, Flow Audi gave us a much better offer on our Mini trade-in than Flow BMW. I had to ask for more value from Flow BMW but still didn't get what the Audi place gave us right off the top.

Flow BMW has top of the line customer service! Jonathon Crook made sure on my first visit that I was treated like family. It was not about me buying a car, but making sure that I was taken care of and that my experience with them was better than ever! One I will never forget!! This is my first purchase of a luxury vehicle and it will not be my last. I’m proud to be apart of the Flow BMW family .

This was my first service on my car since buying it last spring. Everyone I met there at Flow BMW of Winston-Salem was beyond helpful, inviting, and definitely easy to speak with. The communication was excellent from the moment I arrived all the way to completion of my service. I met Kenny first, while I waited, I met Austin and a little later while stretching my legs (walking around) I met Ashley. You have earned a whopping 10 plus stars with me and definitely will be seeing you when I’m ready for a different BMW. The atmosphere can make or break a place and they definitely made it amazing! I have ordered parts on their website. From having problems not getting confirmation of my order to getting bogus answers about why my order is taking so long to ship. No consistency. Their third party shipping calculator is miscalculating shipping. They don't care because they don't pay for it you the customer pay for it and get ripped off. Their system flags transactions for so called fraud but they don't tell you until your order is cancelled. That's what causing delays. Their ignorance. Instead contacting you via phone they treat you as criminal. Their customer service really sucks and ignorance they show towards you make you think why do you let them do business with you
