I had an exceptional experience acquiring my 2024 Honda Civic with Matt at Flow Honda, even on what seemed to be the most challenging day for a vehicle purchase, given the cold and rainy weather. Despite the less-than-ideal conditions, Matt displayed remarkable professionalism and a profound knowledge of the products he represents. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Long during my aunt's recent car purchase, and I must say, he exceeded all our expectations. I brought my daughter here last week to finance her first car. Korban was our sales person and he was phenomenal! He was very thorough and personable, and it was a wonderful first experience for my daughter. I can't recommend Flow Honda or Korban enough!

My wife needed a new car. She had spent months looking for one that she like. She found several on Flow Honda of Winston-Salem's website. Going to Flow was what was settled on. We haven't bought a new vehicle in over 20 years so we were a bit apprehensive. As we walked in we were met by Matt Swope. Matt was very helpful and friendly. My wife showed the car she was looking at and Matt walked us through other options (models and colors, etc.) but we stuck with the original one, a white Honda Accord LX. Matt took us on a test drive and explained a lot of the features and new technology on this car. You have to remember the car we traded was over 20 years old so we referred to ourselves as the Flintstones in the current year. After the test drive it was a resounding YES. As we did paperwork, Noah Weber came in and explained to us the extended warrantees and other packages for coverage. We turned down all the pitches but there was no hard sell or pressure from Noah or Matt. Everyone that helped us was awesome. It was an easy experience. We will be returning to Flow when the time comes for me to replace my current car. Thanks to Matt and the whole team for making this a good experience for us since it had been such a long time since we bought a new car.

This week we had the pleasure of purchasing a Honda Civic from this dealership. Our sales consultant was Leon Williams. He had a tremendous amount of patience with us and never once pressured us to make a purchase. Sales associates could really learn a lot from his methods. He spent hours with us making sure we found the best deal and the vehicle most suited to our needs. He is very observant of non-verbal communication and knew when my son found the one for him. We are extremely satisfied with this car. I will put him and the dealership at the top of my list when choosing my next vehicle. I feel secure that this certified vehicle has met high standards and will be reliable for years to come. I just wanted to add that every employee we dealt with was knowledgeable and had great personalities. I wish that I could rate this experience higher than a 5.

I brought my vehicle to Flow three different times for an oil leak we knew we had for warranty work since we only have 30k miles on the vehicle. All. Three times within 30 mins of dropping the vehicle off we got a call saying they couldn't find the leak and saw "oil spillage" from the last oil change, which the "spillage" was the leak. The third and final time bringing my vehicle here I got the same call they couldn't find a leak and after going off on the service advisor about the leak they magically find the leak 5 mins after going off on them. I had 2 other shops and I could visibly see the leak myself and I have less than two year's experience in the service industry. This dealership is scamming customers out of their warranty work and I will never be back here and will never recommend this dealership to anyone

Salesman Korban Faircloth is top tier best salesman I've ever worked with. You can tell he genuinely wants to take care of his customers and is informed about his job. The process was so smooth and enjoyable. To add to our salesman the entire staff and property was just as welcoming (they even have a sweet company dog named Pilot that welcomes you). I would recommend Flow Honda to anyone who asks and I will be referring my friends and family.

Do NOT bring your car here for service. They flat out lied to us and didn't seem to care when I called them out. Brought it in for an oil change and a strange noise. They charged us $300 and recommended a new clutch for $2700, cleaning the exterior of the engine for $200, and many other unnecessary items. The mechanic sent my wife a video of our clutch saying there was stuff wrong with it, even though it looked totally fine in the video (trying to take advantage of women). It's an older car and we had the clutch replaced 8 months ago, so I knew there was no way it needed anything. We immediately took the car to a local shop and they confirmed the clutch was perfectly fine. Oh, and they found and fixed the real cause of the strange noise. If our legal system weren't so overbearing, expensive, and slow, I'd sue Flow Honda.

As mentioned service is poor. Stay away from this location. I had a bulge in my tire and was offered a tire rotation. They took my tire lock key out my bag that came with the car. They had my car for service and was supposed to call me back at 6pm the tech who was at the service counter left for the day and clearly was like the hell with her. This place is beyond frustrating and they don't care about customers.

Looking for a new car has always been a stressful experience for me. Flow was recommended by several people I know, the majority of whom were repeat customers. Not once did I feel taken advantage of throughout the whole process, and always felt fully in control and listened to. Matt Swope was incredibly attentive and even had a vehicle transferred to the Winston Salem location within a few hours. I highly recommend him and this location, and they’ve earned another repeat customer because I have no need to shop anywhere else for future vehicles. My Honda passport is a dream!

Leon Williams helped me. Such a class act guy. Leon made it extremely easy, and very clear, and honest. He went to great lengths to make sure I understood what was said, and what was going on. Flow Honda Atmosphere is just great. I will highly recommend Leon Williams to anyone.

I had a great experience at Flow Winston Salem. Brian Redmond and Matt Swope helped me through the whole buying process. I drove almost 2 hours to get the vehicle of my choice and they completed the process pretty quick. I am happy with my purchase and the sales team.

Flow Honda in Winston was such a pleasure to work with! Within three minutes of being on the lot I had already spotted what I wanted and was put in it within no time. Korban was especially amazing to work with, felt right at home and immediately started showing me the ins and outs of the vehicle. I definitely recommend!

Flow Honda in Winston is the best!! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Demerias was a great salesman. He was very good to work with!! Burlington had the car we wanted and they sent someone to get it and bring it back for us. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new car. Amazing group of people!!
